Can be challenging to get to, we didn’t realise there was an easier way to the property and walked along the stairs which was difficult The shower is quite small and it took a while for the hot water to kick in

Thankfully it wasn’t insanely hot, but I specifically booked a room with air conditioning because it could’ve been. What was not advertised was the big sign in the room saying air con is bad for the world and will cost you an extra 10$ a day. Would’ve been better received if I’d known that up front, and without the agenda. Also didn’t appreciate the sign saying I’ll be charged for new sheets if my period does what periods sometimes do. None of it is particularly unreasonable, though one might call it the cost of doing business, but the delivery of such info left a bad taste in my mouth.

Beautiful location! Quiet, away from the main strip. Clean, pleasant. Exactly what i expected on a budget in Bellagio.

It was a lovely place and we really enjoyed our stay here. Whilst it was only a 10-15 minute walk from the main town, which is easy without luggage, we would suggest if you have luggage, to arrange a transfer/taxi from the town to the accommodation as it is a difficult walk uphill!

We had a lovely room with a balcony which had an amazing view of the lake. While we didn't have any airconditioning, it was very comfortable as it was cool in the evening with the breeze from the lake and balcony was east facing. It was in a lovely location only 10-15 minutes walk from the main town. The best part of this place was the lovely balcony with the beautiful view of the lake. We loved our stay here. Would recommend.

Everything was great, tip for people staying there’s a short cut down some stairs called “via Crotto Pescallo” saves you walking back on your self, could be tricky with a suit case.

Great view from the balkony. The location was good, it is close enough to the city center and bus stop. The way the breakfast work is also nice, you choose items from a menu the day before and also the time you want to have it, and you can have it in the room or garden.

Have to pay €10 a night for air conditions. Signs in rooms are quite aggressive regarding use of towels and linen. Bathroom very small, felt a bit like a boarding house. Reception could provide more activities as we found there wasn’t a lot to do.

Good location close to town. Rooms are big and comfortable. Good swimming spot nearby.

Perfect space for a family of four. Loved the outdoor garden with lounge chairs. Pretty lake views. Not too far from town center. Nice pizza ristorante and bakery a few minutes walk away. Good communication with host.

Impossible to get a taxi or uber but that happens in all the town. Public transport almost non-existent so I recommend to go by car.

Air conditioning was €10 per day which we thought was a little pricey. No fridge in room. If you are unfit don't stay here as its quite an uphill hike into the centre, although I managed it at age 56!!

Lovely and homely, wine to buy in hotel was cheap. Great swim spot 2 minutes walk away with amazing views.

The woman on reception was not at all friendly, she was dour. She made us feel very uncomfortable every time we spoke to her or asked a question. This made the stay unpleasant.

The pillows were too flat and uncomfortable. Need to offer a pick up service for out of hours as getting suitcases up there is horrendous!! It’s fine when the tourist train is working but it wasn’t for us ☹️

The shower was amazing. The aircon was brilliant. The view of the lake was beautiful. I really liked the security with the locking gates.
