Hot water pressure did not exist in the shower. Ice cold or nothing. Occasionally, if you're lucky, you'll get a small burst of warm water for about 7 seconds.

Morning Croissants were surprisingly tasty, despite being pre-packaged. Nespresso machine in the room as well for a small breakfast before going out for the day.

Great facilities in a fantastic location just a minute or two walk from the Vatican. Room was clean and fresh and we had an expresso machine and croissant provided for the mornings. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

I liked everything.

We really liked the neighborhood, it was clean, safe and close to the sights. We usually walked everywhere but there is a metro station nearby. The room was comfortable i really liked the bed! The water pressure were perfect in the shower as well. We got coffe and cornettos every morning. Also the room was bright and clean!:)

Everything was very nice! The place is very well located, really close to the underground and the Vatican - by the way, if you are considering to visit the Vatican Museum and the neighbourhood, it's a perfect place to stay! The room, althought simple, was very tidy and it was quite comfortable, as well as the bed and the shower! Althought breakfast is not included, the staff made available fresh croissants, bottled water and coffee for us! Finally, and perhaps the most important, the staff was really perfect! Stefano, the owner, amd his staff, were really nice and supportative with us, always trying to make our stay the best! And they suceeded!

- Really noisy - The crucial things were functioning(refrigerator, light, sockets, internet) but at the same time many things were broken. Like the mirror light in the bathroom, shower holder, there were no shower gel, the safe box wasn't working and .. Considering the the price and the location - I'm not complaining at all but nevertheless - We dropped a towel on the floor because wanted it to be replaced. When we returned after a walk - the towel was hanged at its original spot but not replaced. We observed this 2 times in 2 different days. I find it to be not nice

- One of the cheapest places I found when I decided to visit Rome - Location is just perfect. 10-15 minutes on foot from Vatican - If you just want to sleep over there and spend more time exploring the city but don't want to book a hostel then this place is a great choice

4 minutes walk to vatican museum. Great food in 10minutes walk. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. 2 floor with an elevator. Bathroom was great. Quiet and stable AC! The room was also equipped with an Esspreso machine. Fantastic for coffee-holics! Landlord is a really nice guy who would like to wait for us two till midnight! Best choice if you want to start the trip in Rome near Vatican!

The only drawback is that the entrance to the hotel is not easy to find.

The landlord was very welcoming, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and the Vatican Museums were only four minutes' walk away. The restaurant and ice cream recommended by the landlord were delicious. The architecture of Rome is very impressive. I hope I can come to Rome again in the future.

The size of the room was smaller than I was expecting. The bedding sheets look old and have a dampy smell.

The suites have a perfect location as they are situated in a quiet, non-tourist neighborhood, very close to the Vatican, which comes in handy when you didn’t buy your tickets online and have to stay in the queue. The host was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The room was in very good condition with all the amenities available. A little nice touch was a coffee machine with a few espresso pods and croissants waiting for you in the room at no extra cost. We have totally enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider staying there once we’re in Rome again!
