Pillows could be more cogottsble!

Been there before a small present very clean hotel with excellent staff

We loved everything but maybe a kettle or a coffee machine would have been nice.

The location is excellent, a few minutes walk in each direction and you’re at The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain or Villa Borghese. The metro or bus stops really near by. The hotel staff are fantastic. Everyone spoke English and someone was there at all times to help. Breakfast was superb. A small dining room but they cleaned tables very quickly to ensure there was somewhere clean to sit. The lovely older lady who wore the chefs jacket was always smiling. She replenshined food and drink with such pride, always with a smile on her face. We didn’t eat in the evening but did have drinks one evening which were very reasonably priced. There are sofa’s in the reception area which were comfortable, games and books if you wanted. Although small and basic, room (301) was spotlessly clean, comfortable, beds made and towels replenished daily. The hairdryer was good and we made use of the safe. Also the room was nice and dark with the shutters closed and we didn’t find it noisy. The location helps as there wasn’t really any traffic on this road.

I wish their bar was open later but I understand closing at 22:00. That's very reasonable. I just like a late night drink to help me sleep but that's on me, not them. They did nothing wrong.

This is the wife here writing this review. OMG the breakfast, OMG... Best hotel breakfast I've ever had. There were lots of options. I was in love with their chocolate and creme croissants and the fresh pineapple juice. The coffee machine was fabulous with lots of great options. The staff kept everything stocked and tidy. I actually looked forward to their breakfasts and never once considered eating out somewhere else. That good.

Great location that was within walking distance of major attractions, very nice property with a beautiful outside garden terrace and excellent staff. Very good breakfast options.

I wish there were coffee making facilities in the room. Looks slightly scruffy on the outside at the front, but that's the only place.

The staff were welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, had everything we needed. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent, at the bottom of the street was Piazza Bernini, a short walk away is the Trevi, the Spanish steps, the Pantheon, the Villa Borghese.

My only suggestion would be to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel is in a great location where you can walk across the city, but also close to the metro. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean with a great daily service. Good breakfast selection, and the hotel was well styled. I would absolutely stay again.

The only tiny criticism we have is that the walls aren’t very soundproof so was woken a few times by people coming in and out but living in a city that didn’t bother us too much!

It would have been good to have hot water for coffee/tea in the room. The shower needs to have a wall hand grip.

Walls are a little thin as I could here the next doors every move including their phone calls 😳 Limited wardrobe space but it was fine for me (solo traveller). Minimal toiletries but again fine if staying a few days & only one small bin in the bathroom. Breakfast was great but lacked options for Plant based diet eaters.

Excellent location right by Barberini station. Staff were kind & very helpful. I stayed in one of the apartments by the garden and it was lovely and spacious with a little terrace. Very clean and comfortable.

It’s quite noisy within the hotel. We heard every time the lift goes up and down and you also hear adjacent rooms. (Alarm,TV, talking)

Good location on a relatively quiet street, breakfast good and whole hotel kept very clean. Staff were generally polite and helpful.

The staff were very welcoming. The location it’s exceptional, just 10 minutes from Fontana Di Trevi. I got sick one day and one of the members cooked me dinner and stayed with me until I went back to my room, that was a very nice thing. I’ll definitely be back!
