The bathroom out of the room is not so comfortable

I spent only 1 night in Assisi ,so the location of hotel was perfect for me! Less than 1 min form the railway station. You can take a nice walk to the city center by foot, it takes around 30-40 min, but the road is so beautiful! The breakfast was good.

Due to difference language, so a bit difficult to communicate with staff. This resulted our worry on the luggage keeping and time arrangement

My shower room was down the corridor from my bedroom which was a little inconvenient. Shower unit itself was very small - only just fitted in!! Take care on stairs with heavy luggage as no lift.

This is a friendly little hotel right opposite Assisi railway station. My room was comfortable and clean. Good variety of food at breakfast. Lady owner very pleasant. There is a regular bus from station upto Assisi Town centre.

There was no elevator, so it is a bit hard on people with heavy luggage and older people. But the staff was kind to help us lift the luggage.

Only stairs to second floor but a stair lift for people with special needs to the first floor. Check with hotel on availabiliy. Breakfast not included but available in the lobby for a price. The bar located in the central train station is the only shop in the vicinity. 10 minuters walk under the rails to several good restaurants and the dome where San Francesco started his friar society. Must see!

Very convinient just opposite central train station. Extremely friendly staff. Cheap 5 minutes bus trip up to Assisi on top of the mountain. Buy bus card for all your trips in coffee shop and bar in the central station building.

Location is perfect to visit Assisi and all nearby towns as railway station is just opposite the road of hotel. Lady at the reception very helful and has been a pleasure to meet.

Encompassing what Assisi is the epitome of: kindness! We were welcomed and treated well at the hotel after two other places have cancelled our reservation for the same day. We recommend to stay here and there are two plus more bonuses for you: - Train station and bus connection to airport just across the street.

It lacks air conditioning.

The hotel is just in front of the Assisi railway station. The hotel is in the lower part of Assisi and you can walk to the historical part. The hotel is spacious and clean.

No reception at hotel when we were there, so had to arrange an arrival time in advance. That was fine for us, but might not suit everyone.

Convenient location directly opposite Assisi railway station, which has a bus link up to Assisi. The town of Santa Maria degli Angeli is also a very good base, with excellent restaurants. Clean, spacious room. Very good value.

My room was clean, bright, and comfortable and I was always happy to come back to the hotel at the end of the day. The host and staff are kind and thoughtful. I also loved that I was located in Santa Maria degli Angeli near the Basilica and in a neighborhood that had some tourists, but was more calm and filled with fantastic restaurants. I preferred being there and then easily walking or taking the bus (which comes every 20 minutes) up to Assisi. And the breakfast was lovely.

Your choice will be to suffer in the summer heat in a room without air conditioning, or to open a window for fresh air and then be eaten alive by mosquitos. Why hosts in this region cannot invest a few euros to install a window screen remains a mystery. Wi-Fi was functional but very, very slow.

Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff! The station is in the other side of the street. From there you can take a bus that takes you directly to the center of the city for very cheap. Overall a very practical and nice place to stay, nothing fancy but very nice and good taste
