Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our room was large and charming. Breakfast was delicious. Great location - walking distance to all the great shopping and food. We had the most amazing time

Excellent customer service. The reception staff goes far and beyond to make one feel special. Their breakfast is first-class - could not ask for a better selection. The place is beautifully designed and furnished with a garden courtyard. Very quiet at night. You can leave your car at a garage just behind the corner from 25 Euro/day. All main sights are walking distance from the hotel.

Nice place in the heart of the area you want to visit. They have a super breakfast: eggs, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, meats, cheeses, etc, etc, and what ever coffee you want, all included with the room.

My room was in a decent size. But the bathroom was so tiny and can't maneuver.

The highlight was the breakfast buffet. The selections were the best both in quality and quantity. We also liked the location. It's in middle of the historical center. We walked to museums and galleries. Nearby restaurants were super. The staffs were very helpful. When we asked for a restaurant recommendation. One of them walked us to we could see it. The front desk people as well as restaurant staffs were all very pleasant.

The WiFi was patchy and Room 19 near the road was super noisy at night. And no AC’s. We’re told they’ll be renovating the room. But all else was great.

Centrally located and has a great old world charm. It’s a walk back in time. The staff were very helpful. Laura was exceptionally good and attentive. The breakfast was a good spread. The croissants were delicious. Deepa from the dining room was very warm and courteous.

The bed was firm and the pillows were flat and firm, which made for somewhat uncomfortable sleep. That is totally a personal preference and I would still stay here again given all the other great aspects.

The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and offered great variety. The location was about 10-15 minutes walking distance from many of the historic sites. Facility had great character.
