Room quite small but balcony with vieu it compensated everything. We have to ask for a kettel, is not standard to have it.

Good location very close to bus stop and train station, swimin pool and jacuzzi my soon love it. Our viue was fantastic to the beach. Breakfast very tasty and big choice. Rooms compact but comftable.

My stay was nice. The check-in was smooth and at the reception, Tatiana was very kind and helpful. The room had enough facilities. Breakfast was awesome and there was a sea view. It is very close to the beach.

The room was a bit dated and small, but clean.

The breakfast was really good, huge choice of food. The swimming pool in the summer must be nice, the beach is close.

Everything was good but parking should probably be 10€ during the quieter periods not 14€

Breakfast was lovely and options aplenty. Location of the hotel was good about 15mins by car to centre. Staff were very welcoming.

The hotel is very nice, on the beach, and the staff is very friendly. We had a magnificent view of the sea, the pool and San Marino. The room (premium) is not big but it's big enough and looks great. The city centre is only a short drive away and a free parking lot is close to the hotel. Breakfast was fabulous, as other people have already commented, and exceeded our expectations. Several small restaurants were open near the hotel even outside the season, so it was a great vacation.

Parking on site was not available and when it would be, it would cost 14€\day. Although the kind receptionist suggested a free parking 5 min walk away (off season from September on it is free).

Many restaurants closed during off-season. Hot tub cold, so not much to do on cold days. No restaurant on site, during our off-season visit. Not much information on restaurants and shops that were open during off-season.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great room. Great breakfast, lots of selection. Clean and good condition. Beach across street. Take #4 bus from train station to stop #28.

Would have been nice with a water kettle in the room. The city in itself is almost deserted in October (when we were there) making it difficult to find open restaurants, a pity since the weather was great and temperature in the ocean very bathable.

Great breakfast for an otherwise regular vacation hotel with no extra frills. Clean room and newly renovated bathroom as extra bonus!

The pool was not heated so a bit cold but The sea is near and The beach was empty because of no season so it was even better!

The room was quite small, the same goes for bathroom, if you are bigger, read "body positive" it couls be a bit difficult to maneuver, especially after a bottle of Prosecco.

The hotel is right on the beachfront. The view from our balcony and window was stunning, we had a sea view room, and it was worth every penny.

A bit far from the centre, but there are bus and train stops nearby. Wifi connection somewhat unreliable.

Not enough parking, we had to park the car in the public car park 10 minutes away. We wanted to go to the hotel pool but it was so crowded that we left. The room was small for 4 people.

Apartments by the sea. Lift and easy access to the room and the beach. Breakfast was OK, but the restaurant was overcrowded. Lots of restaurants on the street and shopping. Beach was sandy and spacious.
