The breakfast is served behind the reception and there's not much space or variety. Nevertheless, waiters make an effort to please you.

Although a B&B classification is more suitable, it has a great location. Rooms are new. Their quality and cleaniness is at high standard (hotel quality).

When we booked on Booking.com, we accidentally selected one person staying in the room (which had a two person maximum capacity) instead of two. We did end up having to pay an additional fee for the second person, even though when you toggle one or two people on Booking.com, the price doesn't change.

The location is excellent, about 10 minutes walk from the Vatican, which was our main reason for visiting Rome. They were able to accommodate a late check in time in the middle of the night, although there were a few minutes where we were nervously waiting outside the building at 4am after we used the buzzer, waiting to be let in. The breakfast was tasty, with an excellent cappuccino, and an assortment of baked goods. They were even able to accommodate us being 15 minutes late for breakfast due to the late arrival the night before, and brought the tray to our door.

This is a good three star hotel. It is very convenient for the Vatican and walkable to other attractions for those reasonably fit. The staff are very friendly.

The hotel was nice and clean. However, when I book a hotel with a very good rating on booking - 8.6 I expect everything in the room will be working well. So what I did not like - the door to the shower was damaged. There were damaged slides on one side of the door and we had to lift them to close the door. There was also a clogged hand shower, so the water flowed all over the sides but not in the designated places. According to hotel reviews, I would expect these defects to be fixed, but it seems that they leave it at that until there is a bigger problem.

The hotel is really in good location. Metro station is about 5 minutes and from airport Ciampino is around 50 minutes by bus and metro but really good and easy way. Vatican city is around 15 minutes so its was really amazing. The streets around hotel are calm.The room and bathroom were very clean and every morning we had clean baskets, made beds and new towels and staffs very kind. Breakfast - normal :) Room equipment sufficient for our visit.

Perfect location, one of the largest room we’ve ever stayed as a family of 4 and extremely clean. Can’t ask for more. AC was available and working, breakfast was served every morning. Their pillows were amazing. We requested a pack n play and received one with sheets, and it looked brand new.

After two nights of our stay, we found bed bugs in the beds of our hotel room. We immediately informed the hotel staff. They offered us a different room which was nice but we still felt the bugs running over us during the night and we woke with more bites than the previous day. We left with severe bites on our arms, chest, neck, and face which are very itchy and painful. In the aftermath of these events, we tediously had to disinsect everything we took on this vacation including luggage and delicate and/or expensive possessions, risking damaging them. In addition to that, we now face the risk of bringing the infestation onto our homes which would inevitably lead to needing costly professional disinsection help. We therefore would like to file a complaint and seek a refund. We later found a review of this hotel from 22nd September 2023 complaining about bed bugs as well – obviously this is an untackled issue. We are sorry that we have to report such thing because otherwise, our stay at the hotel was really pleasant, but sadly, this is such a significant problem we cannot disregard.

We reted 2 rooms and Air con failed from the beginning and no one came to repair it. Just a cheap fan was provided for one room only- Rooms were really hot in 30C, no sleeping, no rest at all.

Location was great near to turistic places. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning was as expected. Breakfast was fair (good coffee, fresh croisant).

The air conditioner was completely broken. You can’t sleep in this hotel during a hot and humid night. According to the photo on the website our room had a bathtub, but there wasn’t. At least one hotel staff was arrogant and he required us to fix a check-out time, a day before the check-out. Their facilities being poor compared to the price, I won’t recommend this hotel.

friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean. Cleaners took care cleaning around our belongings. Juliet balcony (balconette). Breakfast. In a lovely location away from main tourist places but close to the Vatican.

Air conditioning made a very loud noise and didn’t always work. WIFI signal was very bad, couldn’t connect for long periods of time. Ended up using the hotel below’s WIFI. Breakfast was very basic.
