Nothing. It's a minimum 4-flight walk-up if you don't take the lift. The lift is very small and serviceable to all but the very top floor.

We were so grateful to receive a room upgrade for our 4-night stay, thank you! The balcony offered stunning views over the city streets; the bed was very comfortable, bathroom and kitchen amenities all great. Location is central, 5-10min walk to Trevi, Spanish Steps and Colosseum, and is perfect if you need access to the Metro or Termini stations.

Not necessarily the property's fault but still an inconvenience, but sometimes the elevator would get stuck because people would not close the elevator doors, it would then be stuck on a floor until someone closes the doors properly. After long days of walking and visits, having to go 4 floors up is an effort I could have spared

Clean guest house and convenient location, you can easily walk to the Trevi fountain from the property, all the city highlights are also easily accessible by walking or transportation. The room we've got was overall pretty quiet, great for a good rest, though the corridors would sometimes be noisy with other guests.

The hotel is located in a very central street, where all the tourist’s attractions are 10-15mins away. It was very clean and the stuff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean with all the necessary amenities. There is also an elevator, small however very convenient.

The rooms were spotless and well-kept. My room had a balcony with an amazing view of the city. The location is great if you're new to the city like I was. Everything was within walking distance. Big attractions like the Colosseum were within very short walking distance. The owners and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful with any needs.

A property is value for the money. Location is excellent - everything is 10-25 minutes on foot (checked info - we visited all near landmarks with 2 kids under 2 years in that time window). Also, stuff is so helpfull and kind. We are staying here again for sure.

Nothing really negative to say, but the llift was quite small, which was a bit awkward getting in and out, especially with rucksacks. Fine, you can adapt to that pretty easily.

The suite was very comfortable and the bed was especially comfortable with a choice of pillows. I had 4 really good nights sleep there!. I also loved the small sitting room, which was nice to relax in, especially after a long day exploring. It felt a bit like a home away from home. The location was also quite convienient, 10 mins or so from Termini, and about 15 mins or so to all the other highlights in the historical centre. But the terrace was actually one of the main reasons we booked this property, as we are both smokers.

If you have heavy or large suitcase make sure to ask to stay at a floor that has the elevator stop. It’s a bit tight as it is in these old buildings and I was up at the top floor and had to drag my suitcases up and down a floor by hand. It was difficult.

Absolutely wonderful location - balcony with a view, smart and pleasant interior, big bathroom, crispy clean. Easy access from the train station, all the facilities like shops, restaurants are close by. Main masterpieces are also easy to access. We loved it ❤️

I recommend the hotel, spacious, comfortable, clean room, close to several tourist attractions, most of the attractions we did on foot, excellent price and extremely friendly staff.

The central location allowed us to see most of the historical sites, just by walking. Furthermore, the room was wonderful, with all amenities, comfortable, spacious, clean and organized. We were very well received by the friendliness of the staff.
