Wifi was very weak in my room, I could never use it reliably during my stay and relied mostly on my mobile plan. Also, the bathroom was a bit annoying to use, since the shower had no wall around it, and the water would get everywhere: toilet seat, toilet paper, sink, everything on the sink, towels I'd want to use to dry myself off, since there isn't any good place to hand them outside of the bathroom...

I went to Venice during the carnival and was looking for cheap options near the station, so I expected the worst. But my stay has been very comfortable and enjoyable! The room was very nice, the reception has been very helpful in assisting me with any questions I had. And the location is very good, easily reachable from the airport, by train, and with waterbuses from different interesting places in the city.

Bathroom is small, when you take a shower, all the floor will be wet. And they could have one more pillow at least

Room small and smell not good but its clean In the morning alot of noises came from other travellers Also tgey asked if u want to go out to.leave room key in the reciption desk but this is not safe as when i came back another reciption guy and i just told him the room number he gave me the room key without check my identity ! Please be careful don't leave ur important staff in the room

The information shows the wrong wifi password. I think it should be updated. The shower cube is quite small, my elbow hit several times the slide doors.

Bigger Shower/bathtub, more space between the toilet and the lavatory so the space doest feel so confined, the beds could have been more comfy along with more pillows provided (some people like myself have back problems and its always nice to have a second pillow to put in between my legs for better back/spine support)

The rooms and bed were small and quite dated. Breakfast was a little expensive for the selection they provided.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We did not know Italian but it wasn't a problem as they understood English. Hotel was located in a great location as it was just minutes from the train station and the water taxi's. As Venice is so small there is no need to find a hotel in the center of the city if you are bringing large luggage like we did.

The hotel room was very basic. For a quick/short stay this is fine but not ideal for longer stays. My room also had a ensuite that had to be by walking down steps (about 4 high steps) so not ideal with anyone with issues around balance or movement.

The location is ideal for a short stay near the train station/Piazzale Roma. There are a number of shops (including a supermarket) and cafes near by as well. There are also several vaporetto stops close too.

The property has a lot of stairs and it’s like a maze . We are a group of 12 and 2 couples are having a hard time going up and down the stairs. I emailed the hotel asking if they have elevator and they said yes and if not to have the room for my sister in law in the first floor . They actually put them in the first floor with a lot of stairs with no access to elevator I’m unhappy

Single room was really small, I had to put my suitcase on the floor. Some musical channels would be nice to have on TV. I don't know why hotels think we care about world news while on vacation, that were the only two English speaking channels

Location! Only 10-15 min from bus or train station. Reasonably quiet, considering location (nobady can silence the seagulls)
