The receptionist, Sharon was so exceptional in terms of the warm hospitality she gave me. The location is close to and walking distance to the Duomo, the trams and the metro stations so I could easily move around and explore the sights and sounds, major attractions of this beautiful city, Milan. The bed was comfortable and was value for money paid.

All New Generation Hostels charge 5euro for luggage storage and may causes more if you have more then 1xluggage.

I like the matress of the bed, very comfortable and clean, it meet the basic need.

Cleanliness could be better, especially in the corners, bathrooms.

Location wasn't exactly in the city centre but it was close by nonetheless. Comfortable bed, big kitchen. Comfortable tables and chairs to relax etc. WiFi worked well. Breakfast starts at 9 am I think (kinda late IMHO) A croissant and drink. Something better than nothing. Staff were approachable and helpful.

One receptionist, was being very rude to the clients and also to his (seemed-to-be-new) colleague. He really disrespected her in front of everyone!!! Did it to some other people, right in front of me. It's not nice.... Leaves a very bad vibe guys... as a tourist we just like to feel welcomed, NOT ATTACKED! In general it seems like none of the receptionists enjoy being there, maybe because they are not well paid or maybe they're mistreated also, who knows, but hostels are known mostly for the heartwarming environment on the opposite to more individualistic and "cold" hotels. But sure I recommend 100%. (If you're still here 🤫...Don't go to m r hostel, which will probably be less expensive, but totally not worth it)

Chill environment! It's not a party hostel, actually pretty boring but if you're looking to relax it's good. Great bathroom and room, lots of space and light, very comfortable to get to the bunker on top. Every bed has it's own light and charging spot, and there are lockers where you can even leave your phone charging inside! Best part: was very clean ! 😀🫧 I was also surprised every utility worked! It has an elevator, good wifi, and breakfast was ok for the price. The reception also has snacks, drinks and some personal hygiene items to buy there if you're in a hurry, (but obviously I would go to the little stores around). The location is not perfect but it's pretty good. I was really happy overall.

You can't regulate the heating, so the room was too warm and the only possibility is open the windows.

I arrived after midnight and I had to pay 15 euros to check in, which I didn't know about when I booked. When I asked the receptionist why do I have to pay he got angry because they sent an email about about it.

It's a well equipped fun place. There were some really nice people around which made the stay really fun.

IThe toilet after the shower was dirty in the room. One should try to solve that water does not come out. For breakfast, please write just a tee and croissant. The lamp did not work.

The dorm is stayed in had no table or desk so there’s no place for upperbunkers to arrange their stuff on. And the bunkbeds are kinda tall and the steps are slippery sometimes. Might be dangerous.

The rooms and bathrooms could definitely do with refurbishment!

Staff were fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. Location was great, very easy to find and central. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Shop onsite with most of the necessities and snacks.

We had a problem with opening the window and also the air conditioner could have worked better.

Its a hostel so expect people walking around. If you follow the etiquette others will be just as respectful.

They gave me a small towel and when I booked it said free towels. But apparently the big ones were just for the private rooms. The internet didn't work in the room. And there were no curtains on the top bunker.
