In front of the hotel there are constructions. For those who are sensitive to noise, ask a room that is not facing the front street.

Location is Superb! very central. Hotel deco was elegant and surprising. I loved that a 4 minutes walk you get to the Duomo and the sopping area. lots of restaurant and the heart of Milan.

Construction of the city very close to hotel. This info was not provided during my booking. In the morning there was noise from the working machines. One of the days the room was not clean till 4:30PM, I have picture to prove.

They don’t have there own parking, they got parking with a company that there workers or at least one of them was disrespectful, i don’t blame the hotel tho

Its nice and good as 5 star hotel should be , also they had Arabic worker who explained everything for us and when we planned to head out of the hotel they provided us with umbrella as it was raining

There was construction close to the hotel, it was noisy and there was a fence, that made the sidewalk very narrow and a walk not comfortable. The hotel itself requires renovations, it is not a 5 star anymore.

The hotel is located not far from the main attractions, it has parking (at extra cost).

The breakfast was ok but not very good definitely not at the level you expect from a 5 star hotel, especially in Italy. Restaurant staff during breakfast was not enough and not well trained they kept running around like headless chickens. The coffee from the self service machines was terrible for the city and category standards and nobody told us we could order from the Kitchen until I asked specifically (at that point I got what I requested). There was not "from the kitchen" menu on the tables. Not a deal breaker to be fair, I'd stay there again.

Location is absolutely PERFECT for a tourist, you literally see the Duomo from the hotel. Big rooms, very clean and very comfortable bed. Good value for money.

There was an old man in the reception I forgot his name he was a very kind and gentle man he helped me many times when I was enjoying my stay in the hotel he the best thing in the I forgot his name but what I know about him that he supports juventus club , I hope I meet him again someday and please say hi to him and I wish him all the best in his life god bless him.
