Location is ideal. Located within a few minutes walk from the city. Many attractions like Pantheon and Castel Sant'Angelo are at a walking distance. If you like walking, you can walk to Colosseum in 35 to 40 minutes. Customer service is excellent and the hotel staff is extremely friendly.

Bed wasn’t that comfortable, it also made noise every time you switch positions.

I like how close was to Vatican City, friendly people that work there, room size and cleanliness.

Construction work in progress. There was no bar even though it was listed. We feel we should’ve been told there was work going on at the time of booking. We tried to get a drink in restaurant which was being used as temporary bar but couldn’t get served. We had a suite but sofa very uncomfortable. Disappointing

The bed was a bit too firm, but not everyone likes a soft bed. Just my personal preference.

Staff is friendly and professional. The room was very clean and spacious - we were upgraded to a family room. We didn't book breakfast, but their coffee was good. Everything was functional and the heating worked. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a five-minute walk from Sant Angelo, a lovely and spacious room with a living room, a good bathroom with a bathtub, and a nice breakfast.

On our second visit, our room keys did not work but staff did not believe us. Finally after three times returning to the front desk, and leaving for the afternoon and coming back later in the evening, they gave us physical keys. The room was not made up for three travelers even though we had three on the reservation. It took over an hour to get sheets to make up the couch which made it after 11pm. At first there were no pillows or blankets and only 2 towels. We eventually got a throw blanket. This time we had no view and the hallway seemed darker and dingier. Our experience the week before was very different. It seemed the hotel was not prepared for higher volume of visitors after the holiday. We had robes the week before (none this time) and no trouble at check in (many issues) It is nice to have parking and walk everywhere but our second experience makes me wonder which experience was the norm

We stayed at this hotel in the front end of our trip and had a great experience. Rooms were good sized and clean. Made up for appropriate number of travelers. We had lovely views of St. Peter’s and the staff was excellent. We returned on the back end of our trip and had a less positive experience. The location is great.

The only small criticism I have is the mattress. It was very sensitive to any movement of my partner. We have become used to modern mattresses that are very comfortable and do not move.

The location was excellent, Prati is a very nice part of Rome. The view from the balcony of our suite was lovely. The choices at breakfast were wide-ranging and tasty and there are a number of very good restaurants in the immediate area.

No air conditioning. The room was very warm. We had to keep the windows open, which somewhat cooled the room but made it very noisy.

Excellent location - easy access to the Vatican and Rome. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby.

The air conditioning did not work for the 3 nights we staid there. It was way too hot in our room (+27 C ) so we had to keep the windows open. The hotel staff said that they already switched to winter heating and that's the reason we can not adjust the room temperature.
