It would be great if they could provide a basic kit for the mobile home (even if we had to pay something extra): washing liquid, bin begs, sponge etc

It is a great place for families with kids. We had an amazing time. The entertainment team went above and beyond bearing in mind the bad weather.

We faced a hairly (And dirty) towel, besides it is impossible to adjust the bath water. (Either running too hot or too cold.) Except these everything is good, not perfect.

We went to a large restaurant in the center of the resort and I was looking forward to ordering the Florence steak. The servers didn't come to take drink or food orders for 30 minutes. We asked the server to come back and take our order but he was the wrong one serving our table. He found our table server and talked with him. He looked back at us and then walked away. We left very disappointed after waiting 45 minutes and no service. There was 4 adults and 5 children with us.

Pool and services were excellent. Really enjoyed out stay. The cabins were very comfortable and accommodating for our families. It is an awesome location as Florence, Siena, and Pisa are very close for day trips and lot so vineyards.

The only thing the kids didn't like, were the number of slides. We stayed at one of the Waikiki mobile homes and the beds could be a bit better. Beside that, we don't have any complaints.

The location was really nice, we went to Florence, Viareggio, Lucca and Pisa. Also the camping was really clean and the facilities were really well maintained. The staff was really nice and were also very good with children. The lifeguards in the swimming pools were doing a great job as well. We stayed at one of the Waikiki mobile homes and we had a really good stay. We and our kids had a really nice holiday at Norcenni Girasole Village and I can recommend it!

The Big pool in the back was very dirty in the buttom. The Washing machine was not very Nice.

The apartment smelled really bad . It had damp and mold and also smells from the drains was really bad . We could smell sewerage really bad and the kids had to sleep in our room as their bathroom smell was terrible . Out bathroom smelt of sewerage also but we blocked the door and sealed it off. Also the kids main pool shut on our first full day saying for the duration "maintenance" and the shop next to it ~ it was clear to see it was because of lack of people staying there as there was a sign on the shop saying open at the weekends . The kids were devastated as that's what they wanted the most (tube water slides ).

nothing wrong, just a little bit of a walk into the local town from the resort but it adds a good bit of privacy to the holiday up in the hills it’s beautiful

The pools were great my family loved them. The staff was nice. The food was not bad, and had decent variety. It was expensive and above average for an inexpensive resort.
