United KingdomStorage for clothes was a little minimal. Clothes hanging space was adequate, but there were no drawers or storage section for smalls, tshirts etc.. etc....
Breakfast was delicious, the fact that you ordered from a menu rather than select from a buffet meant everything was really fresh. The service was exemplary and our hosts were very attentive. The room was quite compact, but had everything we needed. The balcony was a great bonus. Location was perfect, 5 minute walk down to the small town with plenty of eateries, bars and shops.

We got the room without a balcony even though it costs the same amount as other rooms with balconies. I think it should be more clear on booking.com which rooms specifically have a balcony or not. The photos made it out that we were booking a balcony room however on checking in we were given one without.

The hotel is well located within close proximity to shops, resturants & a short stroll to the beach. The staff are friendly, helpful & accommodating. Manuella, Bruno & Viviana were informative & knowledgeable about the area, places to visit, even explaining the best time of day to visit certain areas & best modes of transportation. They let us drive our hire car into the main front entrance, so we could unload our luggage before parking on the street, which was an added bonus for us as we had a lot of luggage to unload. Breakfast was enjoyable & is ala cart so you just order off the menu whatever you like & they bring it to you. Breakfast was lovely, located in the front main garden area. Our room was spacious, bathroom was lovely with a huge shower. We had a big balcony with a table, chairs, bean bag & clothes drying rack. We were provided with 2 bottles of water in the fridge as well as a bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating our honeymoon. I requested an iron & ironing board upon arrival which was quickly accommodated. We will tell our family & friends about our experience at this hotel.

A truly lovely hotel with a wonderful chilled, laid back appeal.. the staff have been amazing, so so helpful and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.. The room (upgraded from our standard double for free 👍😀) was lovely, beautifully decorated oh so comfortable.. Free Prosseco every afternoon, breakfast in the wonderful Jasmin garden, hot tub, massages. it’s a real haven. and location… just minutes from the sea front, restaurants, harbour and bars… just perfect.

Most of the staff was very welcoming and helpful. On our last day, we found the staff less welcoming and a bit surly. Could have just been a bad day for them! Breakfast was lovely and very good.
