The toilet cistern was very noisy when filling up with water , and key getting into bedroom was very finicky

Cleanliness in bathroom could be better but was good overall. There could be also more natural light in room but we had a low budget room and a small window.

Friendly receptionist, comfy mattress, good working air condition. You can make tea or coffee in common room.

The shower drain was clogged, the staff in the morning was very noisy, and there was a burnout bulb.

The receptionist is very friendly, although she didn't give me back my change for the city tax. It is near a station and there are great restaurants and bars around. The air conditioning was working really well.

No toilet paper. When we took a shower the bath flooded seems like the pipes were blocked.

The location was good. Also Clorinda was very nice checking us in even though she was on her break.

Wallpaper peeling from wall behind door. Mould in shower on wall above tiles. Water damaged drawer on sink unit needs replacing. Toilet roles provided did not have sufficient paper on them to last. Extensive building work downstairs caused dust to travel up from the courtyard and into the room. The dust was such that it set off the fire alarm. Four keys needed to get from the street to the room was a bit much but understand it was necessary. The white toilet seat was browning, and limescale staining from the water inlet hole in the toilet basin.

The location is excellent. Shower was amazing. Young man was very helpful. Good communication via WhatsApp and Booking.com. The bed was very firm which was good for my wife's back. The room (and bathroom) was very clean. Despite the minor faults, I would stay at this property again.

Our flight was delayed several times so we couldn’t get to the B&B until 12:45 AM. The hosts informed us that if we didn’t get there soon they wouldn’t be there to let us in which caused some panic on our end. Fortunately, they stayed up and waited for us and we enjoyed our stay. I would suggest the host look into a self check in system for these unpredictable situations. For future guests, there is a €20 late check in charge. If you’re flying in late this may not be the best option.

The location is very central and close to many restaurants and bars but still quite at night. The room was very secure and safe. The air conditioning was so nice after a long day exploring in the heat.

Bed was in bad condition, headboard was not good repaired. Owner called most expensive taxi for transport to the Airport, they want 50 euro for transport... Try to found your taxi we flew early in the morning, therefore we could not take the bus.

Very nice location, old historic builidng, Underground, shops and restaurants are close. Room was cleaned. Free WIFI and TV with connect to internet. Windows good filter noise from the street. Building was very quiet.

Shower head spraying everywhere, needs a clean/replacement. Traffic noise at night so had to close windows with no fan or a/c. Room was next to a communal kitchen for all the rooms. Charged 20 euros cash city tax on arrival that we weren’t expecting. Host did not speak English.

Traditional Italian B&B. Location was excellent, close by to shops, restaurants and attactions. Couldn't have picked a better location. Comfortable stay, staff were accommodating and great even through the language barrier. Great value for money, would definitely recommend.

There wasn't anything we didn't like in particular. If we really have to complain about something, we had some difficulties resting on the bed due to the uncomfortable pillows and the fact that the temperature in the room was pretty high for being January, but there was AC so it wasn't that big of a deal.

We loved the position, very central. 5 minutes walk from Toledo and University metro stations, right behind Santa Chiara religious complex. There was a bus station at just 100 m and lots of coffee bars and places to eat. P.s. Antonio, the host was very kind and willing to help with everything
