We couldn’t get the air conditioning to work however it wasn’t completely necessary for our stay so we didn’t mind. The hairdryer felt old and could be updated.

Walls were very thin, unfortunately with kids staying above our room and a techno fan next door, it was very loud at times!

Nice room with balcony overseeing the sea. Staff were lovely and large selection of food for breakfast ( although majority sweet/ cake bits). Close to the beach and parking available (although filled up quickly!)

The property was renovated and much nicer than we expected. Our room had a balcony with a view of the beach and sea. The front desk staff were nice and helpful, and the man running the bar/coffee/pastry area was very friendly. We enjoyed being able to walk right out to the beach which had beautiful clear blue water and lots of sand to lounge, play frisbee, or kick a soccer ball. The room itself was fine for a family of four with two kids (they had side-by-side twin beds which worked out better than sharing a double). The breakfast was pretty good with a coffee machine, pastries, cheese, etc. The eggs and meat ran out quickly, but the staff did their best to keep up with all of the people eating around the same time. We enjoyed exploring San Teodoro and found a great gelateria and pizza place.

Did not provide any food apart from breakfast and it was not allowed to bring food to the bedroom which with a small child is not very helpful at times. However, there are some restaurants close by

Everything was really good. The only down we found was we couldn’t take food to the bedroom and the hotel did not provide any food apart from breakfast but apart from that everyone was approachable and nice.

Very small triple rooms, it felt like the 3rd bed was an afterthought!

This hotel is well kept and maintained and clean. Its Staff were very good and always helpful suggesting many night spots and good restaurants too. Its close to the beach but the room it was very cramped and small...for a family of 3 people the beds were touching each other. It well within walking distance to the town center and we enjoyed our time there. Its Bar was well stocked but only sparsely manned... the receptionist had to make our drinks in the evenings except one day when the Barman turned up and he was a joy to chat with :)

The breakfast could be a bit more varied - more options for vegetables and overall for the savory part. Luckily they do great on the sweet options, but this might not be the first option for everyone.

Great location, the hotel is recently renovated, the rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly and willing to help. The coffee served at breakfast is quite good.

The balcony of the neighbouring room was attached to our room and we were literally face to face with the other guests. Some sort of screening between the balconies would be useful

I had booked this hotel a while back. Then on reading some of the reviews I had contemplated changing hotels. I am glad I did not. The biggest thing is the location. It is a 5 min walk to La Cinta beach and a 16 min to Cala Brandachi beach. Both really beautiful and very child friendly. The town center is a pleasant 15 min walk away with plenty of restaurants and shopping.Breakfast is typical of what you will find on the island. Yes things to run out but staff are quick to replenish.

One receptionist was not the friendliest. She tried giving us the worst room on the property - on the main floor with the window directly in front of the bike rack overlooking the main patio. I nicely asked a number of times for a different room, but she said it was full. When I actually saw the room, I knew I couldn’t stay in there. I went again to speak with her about a different room. Only at that point she gave me a new room. She had a different room the entire time, but for some reason wouldn’t just give it to us - same room rate and everything. The new room was one floor higher and looked out to the trash cans, but it was better than the first room with no privacy.

First two nights we spent in a room without balcony, which was not necessarily the best with a child and with all our beach towels....for our last two days we switched.

The hotel is located extremly close to La Chinta beach, so you can easily walk down any time to enjoy the marvelous white sand and crystal clear water.

Small and inconvenient bathroom. Room unlocking sounded as a prison cell (funny and annoying at the same time)
