The glass door see through bathroom situation is not everyone's cup of tea. Was ok for us though.

The original posting said hot tub and I had booked specifically for this reason. Come to realize that the hot tub is for one apartment room only and not all guests. This was a bit disappointing. Our room was done up after one night but dirty glasses were not taken away and clean ones provided. No screens on the windows and it was hot. They were between season for air conditioning and heat. So we couldn't turn air on. They provided a fan which worked well for the 2nd night. There was no one available at the front desk after 8 PM and I was told I cannot call the concierge unless it was an emergency, so the first night I left the window open a bit and unfortunately the bugs got me.

I loved rhe breakfast buffet, choir of eggs, sweets, meats, buns and toast and yogurt!! The hotel was super cute. Our room was a corner room it was small but comfy. The shower is in the bedroom. The front desk staff were very nice. Stored our luggage on check out as we spent the morning in Florence. Location was good. About 1.7 KM to the Duomo and the academies museum. Lots of shops and a grocery store and restaurants around the corner. If you come by car there is a parking lot a block away for 15 euros a day.

They could include bus route and directions from Santa Maria Novella station on the Hotel Website. Public transport in Florence is extremely confusing.

Spotlessly clean, modern hotel located in a quiet part of Florence, close to the River Arno. Beautifully maintained rooms, excellent breakfast.

The biggest negative was sound isolation. There is none. It is like walls are made out of carboard, and doors are even worse. You can hear anything going on outside of the room, which can be problematic if you are a light sleeper. Make sure to bring earplugs if that is you. It is a bit of a bummer that breakfast in only served until 10, especially if you are on vacation and would enjoy to sleep in a bit. But, there are nice cafes nearby which can serve as an alternative.

Staff was really helpful and friendly. Location is decent. It is a 25 minute from the historical center, and a bit hard to get to from the main train station, but there is a nearby area with plenty of restaurants and shops. Rooms are decently equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. Breakfast was satisfactory, but nothing special.

I would change the pillows whit quality ones. The most important thing I think should be added are mosquito nests. Even though I was in February I had issues with them despite the fact that I used device against mosquitoes that I found in the room. Arno river is real closed and I can't imagine how is in the summer.

Staff was amazing from reception to cleaning personal. Breakfast area is very cozy and breakfast was in my opinion divers and very tasty to meet anyone preference. Even though our room was facing the street was quiet enough during the night.

Hotel starts cleaning quite early and you see open room with whole cleaning process. Spare bed was uncomfortable(temperary one) Near window, cold air enter even after closing the door.
