The towel was way too small :( and I did get one or two ants but this may have just been due to the warm weather.

The room was cosy and perfect for a solo traveller. There’s a small restaurant close by which was also nice.

I dont like is that The other one whos with us is not being friendly It feels like its her room. We cannot move freely as we are going to airport early. So with we woke up around 7:30 and we have to fix ourselves before going out feels like its not okey.

What I like is the male staff is friendly and approchable.

Most of the staff was nice and helpful, but some allow themselves some discriminating remarks.

Very good value for the money! Very near to a train and metro station, the area feels save at night. The premises of the hostel are nice, too. The bed was comfortable, the bedsheets were very clean. Enough of sockets for everybody to charge the devices. The lockers are big, have a couple of hangers, too. The showers were OK, nothing exceptional, but nothing bad either, the toilet was decent. There is always enough free showers/toilets. The breakfast was much better than I expected! Even better than in some hotels I have been to :p I would definitely stay here again.

A person who presented as a manager tried to rob me telling me that I was supposed to send them my bank account number in order "to confirm the reservation" almost two months after I had already paid. The staff claims that this (almost) incident was due to a hacker attack. :/ Some people are stealing other people's food from the fridge.

In the morning the ground floor gets very loud (due to people checking out and having breakfast and the echo of their voices), so it is difficult to rest.

Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the courtyard and veranda surrounding as much as we might have, because the courtyard garden seemed to be the designated smoking area. It might be more representative of the general culture/attitude around smoking in Italy rather than to this particular hostel. We left/avoided the courtyard whenever anyone smoked to avoid exposing our child to second hand smoking. It would be lovely to have a separate designated area for smoking, so that non smokers can enjoy the available green space as well.
