the room we stayed and paid extra for was right below the gym so we had the banging of weight in the late evening as well as early morning also the view wasn't as advertised being the last balcony on the complex, we had views of the roof and road, slight view of the ocean. not worth the upgrade in price.

the private bay area was superb but the rubbish in the water was off put but sill went in but was very much sad to see, the breakfast was very good and had a lot of options

We went in the last few days of the season so not all the restaurants were open, we will go earlier next time. A few more hooks to hang bathing suits and extra towels in the bathroom would have enhanced our experience.

We had a room with a large balcony, jacuzzi, and a fantastic view of the Mediterranean- totally worth it! We were thrilled with the location- walking distance to the port, shopping, restaurants, and Ischia transportation (ferries and taxis 5 mins away, as was the main bus station) but far enough from the port to be quieter than the hotels lining the front. The staff was wonderful- friendly and efficient. The evening dining room had fresh fish caught that day.

Amazing!! Absolutely loved this property. It was such a gem to find in Ischia and we would definitely go back. As we were on our honeymoon, it was perfect with the pool, lounger and beach area - it felt like a small exclusive beach club style. The staff were welcoming and pleasant throughout our whole stay, with just a small language barrier with a couple of bar staff. The rooms were great, very modern, clean and well kept - absolutely no issues. Breakfast was amazing, a great variety of high quality produce. Food at the restaurant was good, although we only ate for lunch on one day. The location is also great, walking distance to the port which is perfect if not staying for long and a short walk to lots of restaurants and the town just further along. We didn’t want to leave and would love to come back!!

Lack of VIBE. Facilities look influenced by the aesthetic of a Tulum (Mexico) resort so the lack of music playing via speaker was unfortunate.

The breakfast did not meet my expectations (not enough ham/meat). Also, during our stay early in the morning (8:30 a.m.) you could hear drilling and construction work which I do not think is acceptable. I come from a tourist country and such noise would be a big problem.

Nothing, it was wonderful.

The property is beautiful and clean. We were able to walk there from Porto Ischia and were able to walk into the port area for dinner every night. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the pool and the sea. There is a restaurant on site and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our room was spacious, clean and bright with a comfortable bed. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

If we had to make one or two suggestions.. the AC. While it did work- us Americans are just used to freezing cold at night. I was fine, but my husband could of done a few more notches down..

This property is so so beautiful. My husband and I came here because a girl has posted about it in instagram (I know I know.) this was never apart of our Italian honeymoon and I AM SO HAPPY WE DETOURED. I honestly can’t say one negative thing about this place. It is so beautiful, the facilities were amazing. From check in to check out, everything was seamless. The staff is so welcoming. They had set up a brand new gym on the rooftop, the beach bar and servers and bartenders were so incredibly nice. This was exactly what we were looking for after a few busy days in Rome. The food here is INCREDIBLE! The chef is from Naples and you can taste the love through each bite. We did not explore ischia because our hearts craved Pagoda, the ocean, and the Pagoda spritz! Do not bypass this hotel if you are looking for serene, relaxation, wonderful people and incredible food. It’s a short walk from the port and other restaurants and bars. We will absolutely be back, 100%. We are so so sad to leave! Thank you again!

Wow this hotel is pretty! Yes the star attraction is the direct ocean access and lounge area but the rooms and dining area are lovely as well! People do reserve chairs for themselves in the morning but I felt there was enough turnover that chairs did become available throughout the day allowing others to have a chance at sunbathing, at least when we stayed in September. Buffet breakfast was nice, with a good range of food to suit most tastes. Super close to the port which means no extended lugging of bags at check in and check out. The other areas of main town were also super walkable from the hotel.

Absolutely lovely property! The views, private swimming area in the Mediterranean, bar and restaurant were fantastic. The staff was all warm and attentive. Highly recommend staying here for a romantic getaway in Ischia. No need to even get a taxi once you arrive on boat as the property is a short walk. We swam, enjoyed the delicious cocktails at the bar and had dinner on the property the second night. The breakfast was perfect as well. Highlights of the room was the private patio, huge bathroom and shower as well as the espresso coffee in the room! Hope to be back one day.

Not the hotel's fault, but there were a lot of wasps at the breakfast area. Could be worth adding more drapes/linen to keep them away from food.

What a location. The orientation means you effectively have the sea as a pool, and the area is like a little private cove to swim in. The water is crystal clear aqua and super clean. Staff were super accommodating and prepared our room early as we arrived before check-in. Just all round stunning place to stay, 10/10.

It was all good!

The hotel is located in walking distance from the port… but the location is beautiful and quite… the staff is very friendly and offers all the assistance you request. They have a pool but more important a private sundeck overlooking the sea 🤩
