The interior of the apartment is very spartan - not a very welcoming space to spend time in. The pool was disappointing. It was ringed by sunbeds but no umbrellas, so finding shade was always difficult until the sun created shade around 4.00pm. Some other form of seating would help - deckchairs and/or seats with small tables. The single set of steps into the pool were perversely in the deepest part of the pool. This was not helpful for children or weak swimmers.

The whole place is pleasantly designed and easy to get into Palau from on foot. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bar and café is excellent, run by very good people who could not have been more helpful, When we bought a bottle of wine, the barman leant us wine glasses as he knew the apartment did not have any.

We didn't expect that we won't have AC in the bedroom, so it got pretty hot at night. We did request a fan, which was provided right away. We wish pool would open earlier.

Hotel is situated close to the beach and campground with a great restaurant. Distance to town is about 15 minute walk. Overall is a nice quite area with a supermarket near by. Reception ladies were amazing with recommendations of the restaurants and places to go. Boat excursion they booked for us was wonderful!

wifi, but it has been something consistent in Italy in general when not in a 4 star hotel or above. I have to say that in 2023 this should not be an issue and after COVID with all of the remote work that is going on a good internet (speed and connectivity) should be default everywhere. other than this it was fantastic

There was a strange smell, probably the gas based kitchenette. The wifi was quite poor.

The people in the reception and cafeteria were very nice and warm and provided a lot of tips to go around the area. The location was good and easy to go to multiple places in the north east coast of Sardinia such as La Maddalena, Porto Cevro, etc. The room was quite spacious.

The water tap did work properly even after reporting. The wet smell in the rooms. Missing wine glasses ( you can for them)

The inside yard area is very nice with a swimming pool and sun beds. Residence is located in 15 walk to the town port and 5 minures walk to the beach. I recommend to book on site a boat tour with visiting beautiful beaches.

Pay attention to the fact that this place is SELF CATERING so nobody is changing your sheets, towels, you have to sort and throw away your garbage. The pillow is not comfortable, I woke up with very bad back pain. Weak wi-fi, always disconnecting. The smell in the room is somehow wet and moldy.

Spacious apartment, clean, close to city center and port (10-15minutes). Nice garden&pool areas. Friendly staff, they gave us a lot of information about the area. Breakfast is on request (as I understood) but there is a cafe inside with excellent croissants and cappucino.

Cafe / bar closed at 2pm. I believe the bar could have done a reasonable trade if open from say 8.00 - 11.00 and would have added to sociability. Hot water in apartment scalding and therefore dangerous Being English a toaster would have been good
