Excellent location in the middle of Parma. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay, including a small fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The shower stall was quite roomy and water pressure was sufficient.

Beautiful room in an old palazzo, directly next to the cathedral- a fantastic location from which to explore Parma. The owner was very friendly and arrival process was smooth despite there being no check-in desk at the property. I had to leave early in the morning but this was no problem either as you could just leave the keys in the room. There were some helpful leaflets for restaurants (I tried one and it was great- Osteria dello Zingero) and the room even had some teas and coffees and was equipped with a fridge with water in it. Every little detail had been thought of.

This room is in a beautiful historic Palazzo with a perfect location in the centre of the historic part of Parma. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom had modern conveniences (the shower worked beautifully!) and Giancomo was very accommodating and helpful. The high ceilings are gorgeous with painted frescoes. There is no lift to the second floor, but we were ok with that. It’s 20 - 25 min from the train station. A/C worked well. Great place to stay

Such a beautiful palazzo in the heart of Parma. It was so easy to communicate with Tiziana! The place was perfect for our family trip of 7! Everything was within walking distance!

The property has been beautifully and professionally renovated with all the conveniences of a modern hotel but set in a charming historic palazzo. The high ceilings have lovely frescoes painted on them. The location is on a quiet street only steps away from the large piazza and all the restaurants and shopping. We simply loved it. Tiziana and her son Giacomo were very helpful and accommodating and even stored our luggage after check out because we were on a tour. They communicated quickly and efficiently. A totally lovely place to stay!

I think the bed was a little too hard for me

The brothers who greeted us were very nice and spoke good English and they let us park in the courtyard instead of a parking structure a few blocks away.

Nothing really, if I have to mention one thing, there was quite some noise in the morning coming from the street into the bedroom. Then again, thats the downside of being in the city center. Nothing some eatplugs couldnt fix.

Great location, wonderful apartment, perfect hosts. The owner made sure that everything was fine for our family and since I hurt my shoulder, she made sure her son was ready to help carry our bags.

Very dark, Living area with sofa bed was very small.

Perfect location literally around the corner from the Duomo. Hosts very accessible via text. Location giving onto interior courtyard meant it was very quiet, and actually stayed cool enough for us not to have to turn on the air conditioning (during a heat wave...).
