The host came across as cold … Immediately after payment, she seemed eager to see us go. The request to refrain from washing our hands and the absence of a trash can significantly dampened our overall impression.

The location on a charming street, just a 10-minute walk from the center. The interior was not only very cozy but also beautifully designed and comfortable.

We partly booked because there was a kitchen. The kitchen supplies were a little sparse. Our daughter’s family who also spent the week in one of the apartments here was not allowed to use their stove. This was not a deal breaker however and we would stay here again.

The staff was so pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful….like booking a cab that got us to the airport for our 6 am departure. Cleaning services were offered daily and coffee, towels, etc were replaced as needed. We found the location perfect for walking to many attractions but away from the crowds. Great location!

The facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and I was able to book last minute when another place overbooked and we didn’t have a room. I was able to book and arrive 30 min later. I will stay here again. First place I stayed that had great AC

There was a small kitchen with 2 ring hob, fridge and microwave which might be tricky to use if one was staying longer. We did not need to use anything with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Great location. Initially thought it was a bit out of the way but it was perfect. On a quiet side-street with very nice small shops, bars and restaurants very close by. Close proximity to Academia and city centre but quiet enough there was no disturbance at night. Owner vey helpful with ideas for trips and there is a very helpful list of recommendations for places to eat.

The bathroom was difficult to manoeuvre around. Air con wasn’t that strong.

The dishes could have been a little cleaner. The coffee maker still had an old used pod inside of it and my husband had to clean it out. They also only had one pod to use. Stocking it could have been done a little better. Also, the A/C had a leak that dripped from the ceiling, so we had to watch were we walked on the floor. I know it was from how humid it was (July) but they need to fix that issue. You could hear people in the hall as they walked past your room or slammed the door shut.

It was a great location. The room was comfortable and was nice to come back to for a cool down after a lot of walking on a hot July day. The hostess was very sweet upon our welcome also. All in all it was a pretty good value.

it was comfortable, 15-20 min walk from city center, close to lots of nice restaurants and cafeterias, supermarkets, laundry, you name it! the design of the room was really gourgeous, the bed was so comfortable, there was a kitchen that is really useful for a traveler to keep things inside budget. Mariela was in charge of the hotel, always available and ready to help.

No lifts. We were on the third floor and had a pram to carry up and down the stairs.

The room was exactly as what was in the picture. Staff were nice and friendly. The apartment is tastefully decorated and they are very clean.

Room was a joke, terrible. Small room, nothing like the pictures on the internet except high ceilings but that's it. No window to outside, only an opening to an empty space of center of the apartment which is about 4 meter square space. You can't even see the sky from there need to lean yourself all the way out to see if its raining or sunny. Very dark room. Bedstead was horrible. Big size bed with tiny little 4 legs. Swinging like hell. We hated it. Every now on you feel like an earthquake strikes when you are on the bed. Could be a nightmare to a light sleeper. Never ever been that uncomfortable bed before. Talking about bedstead only. The bed itself was ok. An old lady (says she is the mother-owner) visited us 2nd day for cleaning and says we can use the kitchen. Now we hire this room to prepare food for our little boy. Heating and cooking simple stuff Also this tiny hotel room has an owen, a two door fridge, and a washing machine!!! And the owner came to our room says no cook, no kitchen? then I said I need someone to speak English and ask her daughters contacts then she says; I speak english+you cook+okey Yes lady was not our favorite. Anyways so turns out she is the one who was responsible for out communication with the hotel (not replying at all until last minute) that explains it all. Also the room decorated ridiculously. Small dark room almost zero sun light with red stripe walls? Really? And giant two nightstands by the bed with two giant lamps on it? Why? Here is the funny part, no wardrobe in the room! There is one completely wooden ancient commode? with 6 tiny drawers and giant legged so called coat hanger. Wow! Room was quite yes but because its a closed small box, no window and big ceilings had a very weird echo, you can almost hear your voice back when you talking or you move anything on the floor the sound of the echo was huge. Weird.

Location not bad. 15 min to the main center, cathedral by walk Young lady (dougther of the owner) was very kind, helpful and easy to communicate who welcomed us to the place on the first day then disappared we've never seen her again. Valentina as I recall her name thanks! Also elder gentlemen (Father I guess) saw him only 5min before we left we were in super rush to catch the train he helped us with calling a car etc. Very cool guy, thank you owner Dad if you are reading here. Room relatively clean bed and floor etc not bad. Big fridge+owen+dish washer (See the other comment below)

Very dirty. Staff forgot to gave us downstairs access code and had to call them in the middle of the night to get in. The receptionist was nowhere to be seen during our whole stay.

Great location a short walk away from the historic center. Good room size. Flat well equipped (microwave, oven, dishwasher, TV, A/C on bedrooms and livingroom).

Rude and unprofessional, father & daughter duo. No elevator. AC did not work. Sheets & towels smelled. Unresponsive. Shower heads not fully work. Services did not match quality of price.
