"I recently stayed at this hotel in Bologna and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. When I had breakfast in the morning, I felt like a valued and honored guest. The room was spacious and clean and decorated beautifully. The location was fantastic - tight on the main square surrounded by great restaurants. The room was spacious by iItalian standards with a comfortable bed and nice shower. The staff was pleasant and attentive. And its only a 10-15 minute flat walk to the train station.

Location was fantastic. Cost was on point. The room was well equipped but tended to run warm. If there’s anything I would change it would be to have bathrobes and washcloths.

On the pictures the apartments within the hotel seemed to have nice historic furnishings. However, our apartment was 100% ikea with a plastic laminate floor and I found that quite disappointing. Dark grey with metal blue is a bizarre color combination, especially in a city that is otherwise so warm in its colours.

The hotel is in a beautiful old palazzo right next to the famous baptistry on the square of the cathdral. It's a wonderful location. Even though it is in the heart of the town, it is very quiet.

Our bed and pillows were uncomfortably hard and there was music consisting of only a few repetitive notes that played all day long. It was quite annoying to me.

The property is centrally located. It is small and relatively quiet. The apartment was large and comfortable. The Staff was very helpful in arranging valet parking and providing directions on how to get into the City Center on restricted access roads.

We were late leaving the apartment on 2 mornings which meant although fresh towels were left in with us our rooms were not cleaned at all during our 3 day stay

- There is an open seating area with a smoking tray on the uppermost floor flanked by three apartments. The walls are not very soundproof and there is just a thin window separating the nearest bedroom from the couches. There was no sign reminding late night visitors of this and we had two nights of loud talking and music playing in the early hours. No fault of the staff who were apologetic, we suggested they should simply put up a sign. - At this price point basic things like salt, pepper and oil would be nice in the otherwise fairly well equipped kitchen (great gas hob)

- The location in Piazza Duomo couldn't have been better! The building itself is beautiful. - The apartment was a good size, with spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. - Comfortable beds and crisp bedlinen, lovely bath towels - Very friendly and accomodating staff who had plenty of recommendations and suggestions for things to do and see, restaurants etc. - Clean and fresh overall - Short distance to main attractions - Great mobile app for keys - Great Parmigiano Reggiano tour to organic dairy booked via the hotel, super interesting! - Parma is a lovely city with some stunning medieval architecture, very walkable - Easy day trip to elegant Modena, 30 min. by train

I can not recommend Palazzo Dalla Rosa Pratimore more!! ı had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean. The building itself is unique and beautiful. The staff, at the reception, were incredibly helpful in every way, making my Christmas stay even more special. Huge thanks to the entire team for their excellent service!
