The hotel is well decorated. The staff very warm and helpful. In this place you can be calm and relaxed. The village with nice narrow street are welcoming.

Superb hotel in the middle of Radda. You can load and unload a car outside the hotel and the street parking is just around the corner, so very easy. Dinner in their La Perla restaurant is just around the corner and the food was excellent. Breakfast in the hotel was lovely.

Our room (102) was a bit like a cell with virtually no natural light. Two windows set very high up, 8 feet, gave little light and absolutely no view - which is a shame.

The only thing to be aware of is that the spa is not in the hotel itself, it is a separate location a short walk from the property and needs booking which is a bit restrictive. We were looking forward to using the facilities but unfortunately the availability was a but limited given our schedule. I would recommend trying to book in advance via the hotel if that is possible

The hotel has bags of character and the staff were extremely helpful. It is situated in the heart of the ‘town’ which is very picturesque

It felt a little more like an up market B&B than a four star hotel. The staff were great, but felt a little over worked being expected to do multiple jobs almost at once.

The location is fantastic, and the family suite worked really well for us.

Charming hotel in the centre of Radda. We come back every year as it is truly a special place. The breakfast in the square every morning is relaxing. The outdoor jacuzzi and indoor pools are lovely.

We tried to go for a swim at the sister hotel which was very difficult to find.

Mariangelina on the reception desk was outstanding. The room was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Radda. Important...the bed was very comfortable.

no service on outside terrace. it you want a drink after 7 pm you have to take it to your bedroom. wonderful staff trying to do three jobs each and overworked , hence no bar service and closing of terrace at 7 pm.

Maybe it was just our room (room number 2) proximity to a staff area, but it was a bit noisy early in the morning. Also, from the window there was a draft of cold air coming inside.

The first room was ground floor with no windows, so it was dark and had a little of humidity. We asked for a change and were assigned to another room which was much better.

We didn’t like the shower, the water from the shower dripped on the floor. The wifi was problematic because it didn’t work in all of the rooms. The out door pool was frizzing cold and although it was a very hot day my kids froze. the pool is 5 kilometers (!!!) from the hotel 🫤

This may be a strange dislike, but the hotel was so nice that it felt as though some element of local charm was lost. I know that may sound odd, but it was as though we were in this insulated bubble from the authentic vibe of Tuscany.

The hotel was extremely nice and well presented with nice decor and a very comfortable room and bed. The breakfast was very nice with everything one could want. The location was excellent.

The aircondition in the junior suite directly under the roof is not strong enough to cool down the room. We have expected more for this price.

We booked the junior Suite with extra room for three people. Everything as promised. Excellent point for day trips to Siena, San Gimigliano and Volterra. Only aircondition was not sufficient during summer time.
