The stairs ! Although the staff helped with all the luggage ..😊

The breakfast waitress was phenomonal !' Zipped around refilling coffee, making eggs, stocking the buffet all by herself with a full room. Very impressive ! Place had lots of character and easy to get around from there to main sites on for our by water bus. Very Venice..a bit quirky....we loved it

The room was really small, the bed was hard. The climate control system didn't work as expected and it was really hot at night, we had to open the windows, although with curtains closed we were eaten by mouscitues. The room could really do with more power sockets.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was very comfortable, close to main train, bus and water buses central station but still nice and quiet.

There was nothing about the location or hotel not to like. The hotel price is slightly more than average which unfortunately made our stay affordable for only one night when two nights would have been so much better.

What an amazing stay in an amazing place. The rooms were big and comfy. We had the ground floor which consisted of two rooms and a bath and another separate bathroom with tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was amazing. The coffee was especially outstanding and the lady that served us was so friendly. The location was great for our needs as arrived from the airport and directions given by the hotel were spot on and we caught a train the next day to Rome and very convenient to the train station. I would not hesitate in booking this hotel again as owners and staff were exceptional. We were even given a bottle of Prosecco as an early birthday present.

Nothing, this place exceeded my expectations.

The location was key, walking distance to bus/train stop. This is an important factor when staying in Venice. The morning breakfast was fresh baked pastries with a perfect spread of meats and cheeses. Classic continental Italy breakfast. 15 minute walk to St. Marks Basilica. The staff is always accommodating to your needs and questions.

For me the beds were a bit hard, but I found that to be true for most of the accommodations on our trip to Italy. Also be prepared, there is no elevator., but still worth the stay.

This was a very quaint hotel with very unique rooms. We were on the top floor and had a wonderful roof-top view of Venice. The room was comfortable with a large bathroom. It was easy to walk from the train station.

As many people have mentioned, you definitely need to walk up several stairs to get to the lobby of the hotel. If you are uncomfortable with stairs, this could be a problem. There is no signage on the street to identify the hotel, so you need to be paying close attention to find it. The rooms are nice, but could use some updates.

Lovely hotel close to the train station. Fairly easy to navigate once you get your bearings in Venice. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions. The rooms are nice and surprisingly spacious for a Venetian hotel. The breakfast in the morning is delicious - enough variety for anyone to find something they will enjoy.

Nothing to pin really, only highly subjective nuances.

For our 3 nights, the Venice trip hotel was a sweet spot. We were close to the bus terminal and in nice middle ground to all the corners of Venice. We slept like newborns and enjoyed breakfast as kids after a day out. Maybe we will look no further the next time in Venice.

Everything was great! They do need your passport upon check-in. Make sure you have that. Nothing really bad to say. Was truly an incredible time.

Truly a dream! The way the light entered the room, the tile in the bathroom. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. Try the croissant w cream and blueberries. Staff was also very friendly and flexible. They let me leave my bag after checkout for a later pickup.

They asked us to say what time we would like to have breakfast and on our last day we went one hour before bc we had to leave early and the staff woman did respond to us that we should have informed in advance quite rudely. We were the only ones so not a big drama at the end 🎭

The location is perfect. Close from the station so you can leave your luggage upon arrival and walk around the city. Quite small room but with a nice bathroom.

    Nothing!!!

As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by name and made to feel comfortable and the reception informed us how to get round the city by foot and by water. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent - lovely after long walks round the city. Then the breakfast!! What can I say - delicious fresh fruit and pastries. Freshly made coffee and eggs to order. I think the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The hotel was excellent value for money and ideally located to the bus station and all the main sites. It was wet during our visit and the hotel provided us with an umbrella which was appreciated. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

This hotel is not for those people with ambulatory needs. There are many stairs to get to the main floor, and more to get to your room. It was not a problem for us, but I was definately thinking of other guests. Santa Croce is a bit off the beaten track but a brisk 30 minute walk takes you to San Marco and all along the way are shops and restaurants.

The breakfast was excellent as was the ambiance of this little jewel. It is a true experience to wake up in a historical palazzio, and open a window to see rooftops and hear the bells of churches in the distance.

The hotel was situated within walking distance to the train station, it was close to the ferry terminal, close to great resturants, in short the hosts and the hotel were amazing. The hotel was well maintained and the room we had was delightful - it had plenty of room for three adults, which allowed privacy, the tea and coffee facilities were a real treat!!! We loved the breakfast - the staff was fantastic the breakfast was everything and more, pastries, cereal, coffee, and a small cooked breakfast even with the limited cooking facilities it was lovely. From the initial booking of the room until when we left - they were very helpful. They allowed early check-in, held our bags until later in the day on check out, everyone was very polite and could not help us enough. Thank you so much - because they had given us so much information at the initial booking we were able to forward it to our friends who were looking to stay in Maestre due to the parking. Once they read all the information provided they changed their minds and stayed with us in Palazzo Odoni as they had access to parking close to the hotel- which was great and we could spend more time together Thank you Palazzo Odoni and all your staff - (everyone)- you made our stay in Venice fantastic!!

There is no table inside so I can't do any work with my computer inside the room.

My room is small but the bathroom is really big. The breakfast is good. And the hotel is convenient for tourists, it's close to the train station and about 30 minutes walk to the Saint Marco. There are a few great restaurants around the hotel.
