We stay here for 3 nights last week. Very good location, in the center yet quite. The staff is very nice especially the person serving breakfast. Very good breakfast. The front desk people prepared 2 breakfast bags for us since we left the hotel early in the morning. thanks

The only down point (not down to the Hotel) but the noise pollution at night was disappointing. Why oh why does the council allow refuse collection at 5am???

The hotel was ideally located and the staff were very attentive and polite. Everybody spoke English which was great. The room was a little smaller than I hoped but very clean.

Hotel Pendini is situated in the very heart of Florence. Our stay was unforgettable. Little details make the difference; free tea, juice, and coffee at the lobby, a nice breakfast basket because we had to leave at 07.00 for our excursion.. Thank you for your remarkable hospitality!

This hotel is very beautiful and is in a prime location. It is historic, but it doesn't feel "old." The decor is amazing and there are lovely touches such as photos from the past and high quality furnishings. It has everything you could want. We highly recommend!

The temperature was warm in the room so we would often open the windows. The furnishings were a little old and the room was certainly not modern, but it was still comfortable.

The location was great and it had such a nice old world charm to it. The sitting room near the lobby was a beautiful lounge with free coffee and drinks through the day. The breakfast was fantastic.

Great building and location, lovely breakfast spread. Tea and coffee available in the lounge area. Friendly staff, we were able to leave our bags on the last day and collect later. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I hate to say it, but I am pretty sure housekeeping went through our gifts from our trip to Venice and helped themselves to one of my purchases. I know I should have put more emphasis to managing my belongings, but it's just so unfortunate this occurs.

The location and amenities were just as we expected. Breakfast was delicious and staff delightful. Grateful for elevators and a room phone that worked for local calls.

Breakfast time can get busy- could do with staggering people to avoid congestion, or have a bigger dining area to meet the demands.

The location was a very good stay , great location in the centre of Florence and only 10 minute walk from the train station. The room was large and comfortable, the breakfast choice was very good. The Hotel is full of history and interesting photos displayed. There was a nice lounge area and a bar fridge that you paid for items at the Reception desk, the prices were very reasonable.

The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Florence. Right in the heart of the city and only 10 minutes walk from the main railway station. Rooms were very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was ideal. The room windows were triple glazed which really cut out the city noise. Very good value for money!

I booked 2 rooms of same type/price. One ended up to be spacious with a large bathroom, the other very small bathroom and adequate (but small) bedroom.

Great breakfast, prompt service, friendly staff, central location, elevators (both were small, but worked!) and nice quality bed linens and towels!
