Excellent location extremely helpful and friendly staff

Property is right at the centre, a minute walk from the duomo. Although it is in the centre, I did not experience any issues with noise. Hotel is served with a loft which is a massive perk, staff are super friendly and english speaking, rooms are clean and spacious and breakfast offered has a wide selection to suit different needs. Highly recommend, worth every penny.

Noisy pipes in evening, guessing from people showering. Tv standby light lit up the room so had to switch the room power off. Towel had a horrible stain on it.

Location is wonderful. 2 mins away from the Duomo. Center to everything! The weekend Staff and everyone is amazing. Lovely breakfast! Had to change to a larger room with view to the Duomo due to my booking error but Laura was so nice about it. Thank you again!

The staff were the most helpful people I've ever met. I must have encountered five or six different members of staff and each one was friendly, helpful and informative. They gave me a restaurant recommendation every night I was there - even discussing amongst themselves as to the best place. Any issues with the room were swiftly sorted, the location is literally perfect and I can't fault a single thing.

The room was quite cool when we went to sleep.

Its location is perfect: it is easily accessible from the airport by tram, and when you leave the hotel, you are right in the center, at the Duomo. Our room was very peaceful, the window opened onto the rooftops of Florence. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was very kind and helpful.

The Location of Hotel Perseo is fabulous. It is close to most areas of interest. There are shops and restaurants right next to the hotel. Loved the breakfast. It's a boutique hotel housed on the upper floors of a building. They DO have an elevator. Room was clean and the size was just right for me and my friend. Staff were very warm and helped us with directions and tips etc.

Bottled water in my room would have been nice.

I’ve stayed here 4 times now. Super friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way giving me directions and arranging cabs. Hotel is very close to the Dumo so it’s very easy to get around walking. Room was nice but it faced the street. Bring earplugs and you will be just fine. Will stay here again.
