Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PortugalThe rooms could be more comfortable. As we stayed during winter time, we were not able to fully appreciate the farm.
Everybody was friendly. The dinner was great and the wines fabulous. We also loved the breakfast.

NorwayHave nothing to complain about really :)
After a great hike in the November sun through the Tuscan countryside I was well welcomed by Fabrizio at his charming agriturismo. The location, outside the small village of Anselmo, is in a vey quiet and beautiful place suounded by vineyards and olive trees. Fabrizio and his partner are friendly and very welcoming, and shared lots of interesting facts about the area. After relaxing in the sauna they served me a delicious 3 part meal, with florentine steak as the main part. The apple cake for dessert needs special mention too, really tasty. Amazing and filling breakfast too! Highly recommended! There was a very affectionate and adorable cat and a friendly dog as well 😊

United KingdomPerhaps a little more description of the location of the property - we reached here by hiring a car and I was not sure if we could use other means of transport.
The owner and staff were all very friendly. When we could not join the wine tour, the owner was very gracious to give us a tour of the cellar before we left. We also dined at the restaurant one evening and had steak. The food and wine were beautiful. The rooms were very clean and cosy, rustic, it felt like we were in a castle going back in time, it was a lovely experience. We also only had to spend an hour driving to Pisa to visit the Tower of Pisa.

United States of AmericaProperty could use just a little TLC, but that was the charm of our stay! Fabrizio is very nice and helpful…just be a little flexible with time. He wears many hats.
We booked the “Dante” Room. Queen bed with sofa bed (used it to place backpack and stuff! Dante is a charming self-standing bldg just steps from the main restaurant/reception! The property is perfectly located for day trips to: Sienna, San Gimignano, Florence. We had a car, free parking was plentiful. The pool was a nice addition, as was the gardens and washer/dryer access. Wine tasting, dinner, and horseback riding is possible. A must is a cooking class with Katie…OMG…then you eat n drink with her while being pampered! Breakfast was excellent and they will cook eggs when asked. The restaurant on the property is very good…a must try! There’s a great little Italian restaurant just down the hill; Il Virginio. Best thin crust pizza! Order your own!

United States of AmericaThe facilities were great overall. The only comment is that the room smelled a little bit of smoke which was not ideal. It cleared a little with opening the windows.
We really enjoyed our stay here for the weekend. The property is beautiful! We did wine tasting, relaxed by the pool, went for a walk around the property, and did a fabulous cooking class. For our wine tasting, Fabrizio gave us an overview of the wine making process with a tour then we did a proper tasting with dinner, which was delicious. Our stay was very relaxing and laid back. Exactly what we needed between our stays in Florence and Rome. If you are looking for an authentic and peaceful getaway from the bustling of the city then this is the place for you!

Pakistanwe arrived mid of June so the weather was still in transition. Air conditioner was not working. I opened the windows which obviously invited mosquitos and my 8 month old son got bit all over!!!
it is located on a vineyard and has the most beautiful views ever. the hosts were amazing and the food was superb. I highly recommend their steak. best 40 euros spent. the kitchenette has no oil or spices so if you wish to do more than warming up food you’ll have to bring everything including coffee and tea (not provided).

United States of Americawashing machine wasnt very accessible and ruined a shirt and left serious lint on our clothes.
The pool was so refreshing, sunbeds were delightful. Breakfast was wonderful. Many selections. The meals were the best we'd had in our 16 day journey through Italy. We had the steak for dinner one night and it was literally the best steak we'd ever had. Even the potatoes were outstanding. I highly recommend a stay here.

IrelandThe check out process was annoying - had to wait for 15 mins for someone who could speak English and then took 15 more mins to figure out how much to charge me for the previous nights dinner. Not enough of the staff can speak basic English to handle food ordering / check in / check out The dinner offering needs to be better explained at check in and a formal menu prepared with pricing for transparency and customer expectations. i would also recommend the dinner price should be agreed at the end of dinner via receipt Like a restaurant and added to room or paid etc. I was a told at one point it was a set price - which I assumed was for a 3 course dinner but instead just got some pizza and wine and was charged extra by glass of wine and water and coffee and a dessert. overall was a little bit expensive for a basic pizza based dinner coming in at 77 for 2 people. I don’t think it’s a crazy price either and the owners are generous people ie let us taste a number of wines etc and they would have probably brought us anything we asked for re food etc but it was just confusing and If I knew what was possible I would have asked for something else if I could have paid the same price for a steak etc vs a pizza
The setting, pool area and wine were beautiful. The rooms were large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and warm.

The location is beautiful, the swimming pool was a great place to relax and unwind. Loved the choice of activities that could be booked. We did an awesome horse ride through the property and vineyards. We also had a wonderful time at the cooking class, learning traditional Italian pasta making, foccacia and tirimasu. Meals on-site were delicious. There was a laundry available for use.

GermanyNothing comes to mind. The rooms cannot compare to a modern 5 star hotel - but the warmth of this place and its Tuscanian-style more than make up for it. By far.
Fantastic staff, great pool, delicious food, unbelievably friendly with babies... The list of wonderful things is long. We had an enormous stay with plenty of positive memories (Pisa, Florence, dinner at the superb restaurant...) . Come here and find out.
