Some works/renovation was ongoing so it was noisy early morning. Pillows were not so confortable.

Localisation is top. Staff is very nice. Residence is very safe.

Cold pool

Beautiful stay with the family. Pool was very cold though. Without a car the bus journey was around 40 minutes into Florence. But going through the small villages was very pretty. Would definitely stay there again.

The only downside is that it is quite a distance from easy conveniences and sights, if you don't rent a car. Taxis can get hard to find and expensive.

The property was beautiful, well manicured and great proximity to the golf course.

Kitchen could have been a bit better stocked. Typical poor WiFi as we experienced in other places using the strangest access code system we have known. Again no International TV news

Good location for what we needed to cover both Florence and wider Tuscany. Great apartment for two couple to share. Washing machine on site was handy. Pool area looked good but we didn’t use Likewise we never had a chance to try out the tennis court within that gated community

The location is not easy to find. Google map showed a very dangerous route and we have to find alternative route. The property entrance is not easy to locate. Glad that we can speak to the hotel receptionist after many callings to the hotel numbers and arrived just in touch before he left. He’s very friendly and came to look for our car! There are many nice restaurants near the property that we really enjoyed.

Single beds way too narrow. Shower mildew needs attention (small amount). Slippery and dark when coming from the parking.

Big apartment, well equipped kitchen. A/C working great. Close to Florence and situated in a small charming town. (Good restaurants and ice cream) Confortable pillows and bed covers. Large pool very clean and appreciated during the hot summer season. Staff attentive and very polite. Will come back.

WIFI can't be used by more than one person. Couldn't work from my computer. Tv, only local channels, not able to stream (smart TV not present) A bit slippery and dark going to the apartment from the parking.

Great location 7 minutes from a small quaint town. Pool area good and large pool. Apartments clean, great kitchen. Beds and pillows are really comfortable. Single beds are the European narrow type, VERY NARROW... It is a good option if you have a car and want to be close to Florence with better prices and parking. The staff very attentive and helpful. Ice cream in town: The best!

Nothing that the place can do anything about but you need to have a car to stay here as there is very little close by.

Staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. Everything we needed they provided for us quickly and with a smile. They even gave us a bottle of wine to try and pastries in the morning.

Very nice complex with lots of small houses. Our apartment was in a building with a few others, with a nice view of a pool and Tuscany fields. Modern design, very clean and fresh furniture. Special thanks for very very comfortable beds and pillows! The staff is extremely helpful, we had a few requests which were seamlessly and quickly solved. We came by car and visited Firenze a few times. If you plan to do the same, I recommend parking at Pacheggio Beccaria and doing food shopping at Coop.fi Gaviana.
