Not very secure -- the outer building door remained unlocked and the host told me that all the apartments have the same lock box code (our first apt was not ready, so she had us move to another). There is no tea or coffee provided. There is no laundry detergent provided (although I left some!). The common room is very dark and there is no TV. I did not like having to check in via a 3rd party app and provide my passport info this way, rather than meet someone in person. The shower is very small and some of the furniture is in bad repair (bedside lamp missing a plug, table in bathroom in bad condition). One TV was missing remotes and therefore didn't work. I couldn't have the WiFi code and it took the host most of the day and multiple texts to get back to me (it was given behind the door, but the network was not noted). The kitchen facilities are extremely minimal -- 2 burners and a micro.

The location is wonderful if you're looking to stay in the lower town. It is walkable to the train or bus station. The two bedrooms are bright and were surprisingly quiet given their location at the corner of a busy intersection.

Would have been nice to have some tea /coffee sachets, bottle of water on arrival. Beds are metal so a bit squeaky. Constant hum sound in apartment. Need to change batteries in TV remote, unable to use.

The accommodation is with the perfect location, very cozy and equipped with everything you need. The view from the apartment is so beautiful. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Our family had a wonderful vacation. ❤️

There was no wine glasses and no sharp knife. One curtain rail falls down if you try and open or close the curtains.

Very poor correspondence. Directions could be more accurate/detailed to direct to the door of the building leading to the building.

The 4 flights of stairs (no lift!), but we were advised of this before we made the booking. A welcome basket with maybe milk and wine would have been nice, as well as a set of wine glasses.

Liked everything!

In a great, easy to find location just a few hundred metres walk from the train station. Instructions for access were clear and easy and appreciated the little lift so we didn’t have to lug our luggage upstairs to 4th floor. Nicely modernised and well-appointed 1 bedroom apartment with kitchenette and great views towards the old upper town. Very quiet, despite the busy road, due to quality windows etc. Highly recommend for short or longer stays.

The bed was noisy. I woke up when my husband turned around. But we were on holiday so naptime in the middle of the day saved the loss of night time sleep.

You are not allowed to change the temperature of the clima. It is centrally controlled and was always at about 27-28 degrees which was somehow high for July.

Perfect location.in the center and really close to the old town. Comfortable apartment for four people.
