You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This hotel was perfect for our one night stay prior to boarding a cruise. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location in the center of the old town was close to many restaurants, and was lovely for an evening stroll. Breakfast was wonderful and our host, Keko could not have been more accommodating.

United States of AmericaIt was very clean and it a perfect location to the port if you are going on a cruise. The staff were so kind and helpful. Our luggage didn’t arrive with us when we flew in and we were going on a 10 day cruise. They let us stay past our check in time waiting on the luggage and helped us call the airline trying to locate it. They recommended places to go get essential items we needed. They were just fantastic! I highly recommend the Hotel Porto Roma.
