Such a lovely and very comfortable hotel an easy downhill 2 block walk from Termini Train Station. We were amazed how large our room (junior suite) was. From the reviews we were expecting it to be much smaller! Loved the outlook from the huge windows, the ceiling height, beautiful soft bed linens and fluffy towels. Great to have tea/coffee making in our room as well as the coffee machine available in the kitchen from 2.30pm til late. Breakfast was amazing! Easy walk also to the collosseum and Palentine Hill /Forum. Highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was excellent, we were given one of the rooms earlier with late checkout. Staff are extremely friendly, rooms are tidy and clean, location is prime, however the hotel is basic

The room was quite small, but for one night stay it wasn't a problem. Maybe with multiple nights we would have needed a bit more space (two people with a lot of luggage).

Hotel was very classy and clean. The location near the Rome's central railway station was amazing. Breakfast was very good. I can recommend this hotel! :)

The hotel was clean, my room had a great layout. I really enjoyed the heating racks in the room, came in handy given the amount of rain I experienced in Rome. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is great, you are 15 minutes walking from the top sites. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, they had the best bacon I’ve ever had.

Location is great - 10 min from Rome Terminal. In the centre of all the key historic sites, with great security and an old world style lift! Modern rooms with great functional design and a window - ours facing inside the building and overlooking other residents sharing the block which felt intimate. (There are rooms facing outside - which would be lovely) Great breakfast spread, amazing filtered water machine available 24/7, coffee/tea making machine also 24/7 that churns out pretty good espresso! After soaking in the historic atmosphere each day in Rome, it’s nice to come back to a modern, simple and non-rococo room to just rest your eyes! Highly recommend and would love to return soon.

Room is small, though it was good for our needs. We needed taxi/Metro to most citi attractions

The room was very clean and invitingly cozy. The staff went above and beyond, addressing all our needs and even accommodating our request to stay an extra hour past check-out. The location, ideal for those who prefer not to stay at city center, And to top it off, the breakfast was simply delightful!

Location was perfect, short walk to termini train station, red metro line and on a quiet and pretty piazza. Incredibly clean modern rooms with a great breakfast spread. All day coffee and tea available. Very nice staff.

Lack of storage shelves in bathroom and in room. Lack of bedside drawers. Although nice to have free drinks in fridge, I wish more of them were not fizzy. I can’t drink fizzy drinks. Bed seemed a little short.

If you book this hotel, you may be confused where the entrance of the hotel is. Google map is correct. A huge door toward the square of the basilica is the entrance. You can find a relatively small doorbell for the hotel at the left of the door.

Everything was perfect. It took about 5 min from Termini train station. The room was clean and spacious. Especially I could see Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore in the room. The staffs were very kind and the breakfast was good enough. In addition the coffee machine was free to use so I got an espresso every afternoon.

We stayed 4 nights, 1 booked in a suite, and 3 in a double room (the same room wasn't available all 4 nights). We were upgraded to the suite all 4 nights!. Lovely room with a great view of the cathedral, comfortable bed, and settee, nice shower, and so quiet when windows were closed. It's a small hotel not in, but close, to the central area and train station and feels really special. The free tea and coffee all day was so welcome after days spent sight-seeing. Lots of different flavour teas, which was great. Breakfast had a big choice, and all really tasty. Juices, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, 4 different sweet croissants, pancakes, and syrup. All yum. Cereals, ham and a massive cheese too but we didn't try those.

Wonderful staff who were helpful with how things work, local recommendations, directions, and very welcoming. The Breakfast was really great and diverse, and a great way to start the day.
