Location was great close enough to everything. In a nice part of the city. There is a big Euro Spar a few mins walk if you need anything. Only a few minutes walk to the bus stop near the tobacco shop where you can buy tickets €1.50 each way. Other option is 1/2/3 day pass or week which then gives access to use the bus & boats. It only takes around 15-20 mins to cross the water to the main part of Venice. Peaceful stay, warm welcoming host who was happy to help and explain where to find everything. Cake shop next door is worth a visit I would highly recommend and if i go back to Venice will rebook as i really enjoyed my stay

Our bad was sloping down, and it was not as comfortable as we needed for a good rest.

It was our second stay in Quirinus. Very beautiful building,  underground parking, big, nice and clean apparent with all the necessary for your stay in quite area, 5 minutes walk from the bus station. There are 2 bus lines to Venice -6 and 7 that come almost empty to the this station. Excellent communication with the host. Answer your messages within 10-15 minutes Amazing pasticceria the next door to the building entrance with more than 25 different types of croassants, sandwiches,  sweets, fruit salad- the perfect place for breakfast.

Sometimes A/C was not operating and the host was trying to fix it. Hopefully this issue is fixed soon.

We could get to Venice by bus in front of the apartment. There was good cafe on the first floor and safe underground garage.

Clean when arrived, big apartment, you have aircondition, good bathroom, towels , Bus station for Venice "island" is 2 minute walk 6, 7, 7E, parking is big....have bracerie in front of building for breakfast.

We stayed 4 people, so two of us had to sleep on the double bed, but that had some free space behind the head that we didn’t liked (like a hole). But that’s a small nuance.

Apartment was clean and light. There is a kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Our room had a small balcony. Neighbourhood is nice and not loud. Downstairs is exceptional bakery with tasty croissants and good coffee. Eurospar supermarket is near, like 3minute walk. Buses to Venezia are close to the hotel. So all together very comfortable.

Nice apartment, very clean, has everything needed for your stay. Bus stop is 2 mins from apartment and from there bus will take you to Venice in 20-25mins. Grocery store is nearby and you have nice pasticceria on the ground floor.

Everything was perfect.

Letizia was very kind, and she offered very useful advice for transport, and local restaurants. The apartment was very spacious and quiet. The bus stop was 1 min away, and there are very good shops nearby (walking distance). The parking is large and safe. It is a perfect place to stay when traveling to Venice.

it is not in the immediate proximity to Venezia, but 20min by buses, very well connected though

big room, with gallery for extra beds, clean and with no clutter in the room comfy beds and good clean bathroom basic kitchenware (utensils, microwave, washing machine, fridge) great pastries and coffee at the place downstairs bus station to venezia 50m away (several bus lines)

The apartment was clean and spacious, very comfortable for 4 people. There was a straight bus to and from Venice and the bus arrived at frequent intervals, which made transport convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful and was physically present to assist us with the check-in during office hours as well as supply any information that we needed. There was also a wonderful pasticceria downstairs where we could have breakfast everyday, and a supermarket within walking distance. All in all we had a great stay!

Usually you can find coffee or tea in the kitchen upon arrival at the apartment. There was nothing here.

Nice and clean apartment, close to bus stop, from where you could easily get to Venice. About 7 min walk near is fantastic restaurant with Italian food "All' Antico Graspo d'Uva" Next to cafes where you can drink your morning coffee

Nothing, everything is perfect!

Beautiful accommodation and great location if you are planning a visit to Venice. Very comfortable and clean apartment, great for a family of four. Underground garage within the building with an elevator. The public transport stop leading to Venice is right next to the building. We especially liked the fact that there is a pastry shop within the building where we had breakfast every morning. We are coming again for sure.

The bathroom is very large, could fit a washing machine which would make the stay really comfortable. Couple of wine or beer glasses were also missing. For a short stay is not a big deal though.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is an underground parking with lots of parking space. Shops near by in walking distance with all one would need and a pastry shop on the ground floor where you can find a perfect Italian breakfast. The room is large with a lot of space. The bus station is very close to take you to Venice (takes only 25 min to Piazzale Roma).

Just small things, could be fine, if apartment include more space for storing clothes (wardrobes) and just if i would like to be acurate, i. The bathroom some Towel rails.

Everthing was fine, apartment is new, climatization working very well, modern, clean. Fantastic cost-benefit ratio.
