TV was not working (not a big deal). Air conditioning was not working for cooling ; at reception desk, I was told the city doesn’t allow it before June 1st. As a result, it was hot in the room and not easy to sleep well. From room 514, I could hear customers talking from next door room ; their TV was working properly as the sound was high

Staff was great. Hotel is situated close by tramway station which results easy to go to city center. It was very convenient to have parking in hotel. It was clean

Too costly for the facilities on offer . The reception staff were not cooperative and cold minded . Requested for a UK- EU new adapter , but could not get one and was told there were no power sockets that I could use to charge anywhere inside the room and hotel lobby though I could see the power sockets everywhere in lobby . Few other hotels offer adapter on request in urgency . Front office staff not receptive to different culture and language

The room and the bathroom were very clean and new. The staff was super friendly, nice and professional. The location is a bit far from the city centre but perfectly connected with the tram (the tram stop is about 4 minutes on walk). The price is competitive. The bed very comfortable

Get the address for parking garage. Without it you will be driving around on one way streets, looking for what seems like an easy drive around the corner. Parking is tight. There are pillars dividing each space. Wifi is glitchy.

Location. Easy access to Tram. Easy 20 minute ride to Duomo area. Free parking. Staff super helpful. Comfie bed and pillows - firm but with a little give.

The breakfast was a little limited.

The room was lovely - they only had a triple left to book and it was very comfortable. The staff were nice about storing our bicycles and the hotel was easy to find. We found a nice restaurant just across the street and it was simple to catch a tram from a short walk away.

The house keeping is open the door while we are sleeping even if the don’t disturb sign is attached to the door, they did it twice.

The location was little far from center, WiFi wasn't working well. The area didn't feel too safe when I walked at night from the bus station.

The only bad thing about it is that however good the hotel is, it's impossible to have a good night of rest because of the neighborhood it is in. Starting with a neighbourhood party few buildings down the road, okay that one eventually finished so you're thinking okay I can sleep now. But then 5 ambulances are running up and down, having the siren in the middle of the night to full blast. And to finish, on a Saturday morning, before 6am we had a sudden wake up call by a thousands of glass containers and bottles being smashed, assuming the trash service was being done.

The hotel is pretty newly equipped, the furniture is durable and good quality, and the rooms are quite big. Everything was very good when it comes to the hotel itself. The staff were nice and pleasant, advised us we can park in the hotel garage. The breakfast was really good, very nice!

Parking is covered garage beneath the hotel... lots of one way streets to get from drop off baggage spot in front to parking entrance. Parking garage has a few tight corners so glad that I had a small vehicle; however, very nice that it was free parking.

Easy to find. Parking spot out front to help in bag drop off and check in. Close to tram stations that provided easy access to downtown Florence. Great breakfast. Comfortable quiet room. Glad it wasn't too hot since AC / fan didn't work very well.
