The rooms are not updated since i began going there in 2018. The nightly rate was higher than usual.

Room was very small, dated, the pull out couch was beyond used and you could not rest a child on it, you could feel all the supports and iron bars. They should be thrown away or simply not listed as a third bed. The bathroom was moldy, water did not drain correctly from the shower and it flooded the bathroom floor if you were not careful. All the furnishings were very used and decrepit. Smoke was coming into the room from adjacent rooms as people I suspect were smoking in the bathrooms. The breakfast was not as others described it, most of the pastries were wholesale, a very limited spread.

The only small flaw was the shower drain, it seemed to be a little clogged because it was draining slowly than it should have. But it wasn’t a big deal at all, we only stayed for 2 nights and we had such a great time that this inconvenience didn’t cause any trouble to us.

We’ve been staying at this hotel several times now, and it never disappoints! Location is great, away from the chaos of the city centre but super easy to get to it. For those who don’t have a car there’s absolutely no issue on how to move around. There’s a bus stop few steps away from the hotel, bus 25 takes you straight to the city centre where the train station is, in 17 minutes. Airport distance is just 10 minutes by car. Breakfast is good, wide range of food options, both savoury and sweet. Non-hotel guests are also welcomed to the restaurant and the bar , my partner and I have indeed enjoyed some drinks with my family, who came to visit us for a couple of hours. Our room was really nice, our favourite thing was the mattress, extremely comfortable. It’s nice to get a legit double bed with a proper double mattress. We travel a lot and most of the times the double room comes with 2 joined single beds, which is not ideal. Staff is friendly, professional and polite. A mix of younger people and adults , with different culture backgrounds. Love to see it!

Location is a bit out of town but ok we knew that before hand. Only spa access advertised was 2 person treatment. No indication that I could pay for just a couple of hours relaxing in the spa

Man on the reception desk didn,t even speak. He didn't answer at "good evening" or "good morning". When we were leaving, I asked an invoice for my company and was missing stamp. When I asked gis collegue for it, he just came put the stamp, gave me the paper, almost angry. Very unpleasent expirience.

Comfortable room, big bathroom and a pleasant breakfast. Although the hotel is far from the center, there’s a bus just in front of the hotel that can take you to the city center. They even have a small fitness room.

A little bit outside the main city, you need transportation to the city center. The parking entrance and exit was a little bit difficult because of the two way street. Otherwise none really actual problem.

Friendly personal, helpful. The room clean and as expected. Free spacious parking. Good breakfast. Although we didn’t use it, the hotel has a restaurant that you can go and is open until 22:00 which is good in case you didn’t have the time to have dinner in the city for example.

Check-in! The room we booked months ago and confirmed in writing had been given to someone else when we arrived which was very disappointing. The next morning our room became available and they moved our belongings (without telling us) whilst we were having breakfast and we couldn't work out why we couldn't get into our room! Then to top it off, I discovered when I was in the shower that the drain was blocked and the water overflowed into the bathroom! When I asked to see a manager, I was informed that all of the managers were on holiday and wouldn't be back at all during our stay! NOT a great start!!! There seems to be a lack of communication, management and general maintenance.

The breakfast which was included was amazing! There was a wide range of delicious food choices to suit everyone from meat eaters to vegans. I REALLY appreciated the fresh seasonal fruit (the tastiest watermelon, orange melon, pineapple, etc) and a wide selection of nuts, dried fruit, seeds, oats and cereals to create my own healthy breakfast bowl. The dining room is large and attractive. The bus stop to go into Bologna is literally outside the hotel. There's plenty of free parking. The general layout of the hotel is welcoming, relaxing and comfortable. The air conditioning was effective and our room was comfortable.
