not enough amenities as others in Italy and empty bottles, bags and soap were thrown away even though we put them on a sink on purpose.

Good access to Mestre railway station ,a bus stop to the airport and a big supermarket called Interspar.

Hotel very close to the Mestre train station, which I used to visit Vicenza, Ferrara, Padua. It is a good, nice, calm, and affordable alternative also for those who want to visit Venice but might want to avoid the huge crowds in summer when it comes to have dinner etc. Nice restaurants of all kinds can be found quite close as well. This is the second time I stay in this hotel.

There was a problem with the heating system whereby it was so loud even when it was switched off - possibly because it was a central system? I am quite sensitive to noise so it meant it didnt feel like a safe base for me this time. The workaround was to take the card out that powered the lights, but that made things a bit difficult in the evening. In spite of this, I would still stay again - just keep an eye out for train strikes!

This is my return visit to Hotel Regit and it was nice to be remembered by some of the staff. They were friendly as usual and I had a lovely time exploring Venice in winter. The bathroom was a good size and I love all the touches that make the place so pretty. This hotel is so ideally placed for exploring Venice, Marghera and Mestre.

The staff was super rude. There was one staff when I checked in, and he don't even greet. When you present him the booking he continues to behave rude.I didn't wanted to talk to him further.

The connectivity of the place was good. The airport is just 40 mins

The hotel should improve their hospitality. Room temperature took a while to adjust. It was very cold in the beginning. Room didn't have dustbin. No slippers for bath and no iron for clothes. The hotels normally provided this stuff upon asking but they didn't. Overall the room size was good. The breakfast items were limited but were pretty good.

The room was a bit dated and looked worn out.

The location and its proximity to bus and train stations gets an A+. Though a clean facility, it could get a facelift inside the room with paint, floors and other materials.

Breakfast was very basic (but sufficient). The hotel requested extra fee 15 Eur for separate beds, which was not announced during the reservation.

As a 3-star hotel, I can not complain a lot. It tries its best to deliver a good experience. Maybe I could say having more options for breakfast items, could be better.

For me it was important to have a hotel near the train station. It is very close and you can reach the hotel in 5 minutes which is great, when you come back late at night. The cleanliness of the room was notable and the staff were very gentle, helpful and precise. In total, I would recommend this hotel.

The cleaning was very good but every day started at 8-8:30 am, and giving the fact that the walls are very thin the noise is realy bad if you plan to sleep a little bit longer.

The general area was a bit run down.

Area around hotel was a bit run down but the fact that the hotel was so close to the bus station and rail station made up for this as it made getting into the historical centre of Venice really easy and also the bus for the airport was very close by.
