The heating was not on in the beginning so it got a bit chilly until we informed the hotel management which then attended the problem swiftly.

The Relais was in a fantastic setting in a small Tuscany village. The apartment itself was in an old fully renovated side building of a mansion. The kitchen was fully equipped and ready to go.

Don’t expect state of the art Tech; this is more of a classic/ traditional accommodation.

Great pool and food in the village at Cantina Medici and breakfast was perfect.

Our shower drain was blocked and took a long time to drain. You really need a car to get around. We were relying on trains and did day trips to Florence. It was a 15 min walk to the local train station but suggest a car if you want to stay here.

The villa was well equiped very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing and the breakfast was delicious and there was lots of options.

The parking was a bit challenging , but plenty of space.

The accommodation was spacious! The pool amazing! Great location that’s relaxing but not too far to drive to Florence, Sienna, or Greve. Friendly staff with prompt service. Loved the breakfast! My family would stay again and maybe a little longer!

An excellent option for recreation and travel in the region. Apartment in a historic old building in a classic style. Very comfortable. These are not modern apartments suitable for travelers who want to touch history. Beautiful views from the window. Very tasty breakfast. Cool pool. Cleanliness is at a high level. Responsive staff.

The checking process should be made easier by having it done at the same property and not at another property.

 The property is magnificent. It’s beautiful accommodating and the pool is unbelievable. It is extremely well-maintained. And breakfast was amazing. The ladies I took care of breakfast. Did an amazing job not only at providing a wonderful breakfast, but the set up was so pleasing.  We rented three full apartments and my entire family loved the stay unfortunately it was very short only two nights but we’re coming back for sure. God willing.

Everything was fantastic! Check in was informative and seamless. Pool was great! Cici was excellent with dinner reservations and staff was attentive. Several delicious food options close by. Air con is better than most hotel settings in Italy. Would come again without a doubt.

The air con was a bit noisy and the shower is narrow.

The grounds, pool and views are lovely and peaceful. Our room in the tower was as it looks in the pictures and is very nice. Great coffee machine with pods and a cute little kitchen. The washing machine is in its own service area. Parking was good for the motorbike right in front of us. Cars park further away in a more secluded area near the pool and use a different entrance. We had 3 nights and enjoyed walking into town, taking the train to Florence, which was simple enough, even though we had to change trains in Figline Vardorno to get into Florence as our initial train was cancelled. Be aware that Florence train station is very busy, but easy to walk to the main tourist areas. Turn left as you leave the main doors. Everything is easy to fine in Incisa town, just keep walking downhill. Surprisingly there is a public lift part of the way down. We enjoyed the town and the restaurants as it was different from previous areas we had stayed in.

The pool was amazing, we had a really lovely time there. The room was super clean, that was a big plus point. All the staff was friendly and helpful. If you do a road trip in Toscana, this place is a great choice!
