A very warm welcome, kind and helpful staff, overall a very pleasant stay. There is a child play corner in the lobby, which our 4-year-old daughter really liked. Very spacious and comfortable apartment. I recommend it for anyone.

Security is ensured by both main hotel front's key and each room's key. Location is also amazing, and you can access drug store (dm), supermarket (conad), thousands of restaurants, beach (no. 36-39), and bus station within 5 min walk. If you're also interested in visiting San Marino, this hotel is convenient since it's close to the first bus stop (Marvelli) to reach there. Marianna and her family are so supportive and kind, making my family with small kids feel very comfortable to stay for 5 days. We all highly recommend this wonderful apartment hotel.

The location is great, not far from the beach, but not too noisy, 10 minutes walk to the city center and the railway station. The room was equipped well, we had everything we needed and it was enough space for 4 people. Stuff was very kind and helpful.

Nice place, clean and cozy. Very friendly staff. Good combination of hotel and apartment, the room had some small things like soap, shampoos, laundry capsules, but also has its own kitchen. The hotel is close to the city center and train station. Special thanks for the free bicycles on which we traveled all over the city and for the children's corner.

What can i say its all PERFECT!!

It is the first time that we try this kind of accommodation, we often go to hotels for holidays,,but it is worth to try this property,, why? Because it is worth your money ! the location to the beach was 2mins walk ,, the restaurants,and the souvenir shops was a minute walk away from the property. The night life discos was near at the property,,,,the perks of this place was? when your tired and want to sleep in a quiet place., this is the perfect place to stay ! Specially when you have kids that is very sensitive to noisy places when they’re tired..My 2years old son sleeps all night !! The CCTV are not for displays and they not joking about the safety and needs of there guest ,,they always checking it and reviewing it ,,kudos to the personnel to Ms Marianna and to the other guy,,thank u for making our stay comfortable as possible,, will definitely return to this place..HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We stayed in Rimini Mare for 11 days. We felt like at home. The studio is well equipped and clean. Wifi is excellent. The location of Rimini Mare is very good, close to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and centre. Very kind and helpful host.

We are very satisfied to having stayed in Residence Rimini Mare. Very good, central location, close to the beaches and restaurants, but on a calm street. There are shops, pharmacy, post nearby, whatever may be needed for a tourist. The host is very attentive to the needs of the guest, thank you, Marianna! The bathroom was a bit outdated.

The best part about this property was location and very customer-oriented staff. The location was great. Quiet, yet close to the beach and restaurants. And people who work there are super friendly and polite. Apartment itself was quite OK. Kitchen had everything we needed. There was a washing machine and we were also provided with an iron and ironing board and baby cot.

The residence surpassed all expectations in comparison to the booking description. The room was clean and comfortable. Mariaana the lady who deals with the guests is extremely helpful and makes guests us feel at home.

We lived in Rimini Mare for two weeks. And were very satisfied. Good location, close to everything: beaches, supermarket, cafes, restaurants. In the evenings we walked along the embankment. The city center is also not far away, the road is pleasant - through the park. The room is quite suitable for a family of three: two adults plus one child. It's clean, tidy, has everything you need. We also had a small terrace, which was especially nice. Wonderful hosts Luigi and Marianna were welcoming and caring. We asked them several times for help and they never refused. They responded to all our requests, even if it was not part of their duties. Very friendly and attentive. Thank them very much!

Wifi weak. No cleaning during whole stay. Room setting weird. Shower door small to even enter. Extra bed uncomfortable (and stinky).

When we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned. The floors were extremely dirty leaving our feet black. The apartment needs some maintenance.

The residence is in the possible best place, in a quiet and calm neighborhood, the city center and the beach can be reached by walking a few minutes. The appartment is clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony on the roof is beyond compare. The hosts are welcoming and friendly, we could feel ourselves at home. I'd say it's an ideal place for young people and also for families with children.
