We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CroatiaWe rented two apartments, the two-bedroom apartment is extremely comfortable, while the one-bedroom apartment has a small kitchen for a family of four. We traveled with two small children for whom cooked meals are essential. Both apartments are extremely well equipped with additional facilities and are impeccably clean. The location itself is excellent, right in the center of town. The hosts are always available and offer a solution to every query extremely quickly. A parking space in a closed garage is an added plus to these two accommodation units.

HungaryThe apartman was close to the city center, it was big, clean and modern. Big balcony. Kitchen is well equipped. San Vigilio is a beautiful village. Pizzeria was 2 min walk from the apartman, pizza was great. Also Despar supermarket is only 2 min walk from the apartman.

The property was very nice and clean. it was close to everything you need to see in the dolomites (lago di braies, cinque torri, rifugio delle odle). it was like an hour ride everywhere so very acceptable.

Spacious well equipped modern penthouse; big windows enable a great view on surrounding mountains; balcony with several chairs invite to chill and/or sunbath. Very friendly and flexible host.

United KingdomWe did not have a bottle opener but used one from the second flat so it wasnt an issue.
A lovely setting for our holiday. Catarina Lanz was a great base and ideally located for ski lifts + getting into town. The Penthouse was very spacious with great views. It was very cosy and on the whole very quiet (bar the school rush in the morning)! The showers were great and the apartment was very clean on arrival. We had rented two flats and there was plenty of space in the penthouse for us to comfortable dine 6 people. The kitchen was well stocked with multiple ways to make coffee (coffee maker + Nespresso + mocha pots) with a good selection of crockery, glassware, pans and knives. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially letting us leave our bags after check out whilst we awaited a transfer.

FranceThe apartment was on a busy street without vegetation to absorb the noise. All around mostly concrete buildings and and a fire station in front, all surface tarmac. With windows closed there was no problem however this being summer we wanted to sleep with open windows. Impossible. The balcony was tiny and the fire station in the first plan. Above beautiful mountains. The apartment was definitely not ergonomic. Many shelves extremely high and the kitchen poorly planned. All important spots grouped in one corner: fridge, sink, waste basket, most of the dishes. No problem if only one person does all the work.
The village was nicer than some of ski villages in in the Alps. Bus service excellent and free, good access to hiking trails. The windows were well soundproofed - see what we did not like.
