The living room of the apartments was almost never used because it was in an upper floor and very small. Also, a bit expensive for the value. Otherwise, great apartment.

Location is really good, and staff are super helpful. It is also great to have the room cleaned every day.

Entrance is confusing bcos the main door is locked. Need to call or ring the bell. Should have better sign board so we don't have to move around the block to find the entrance. Loved the previous breakfast, but now no longer available. Better to have iron in the room. The pillows & blanket could be better. Other than that, all were perfect!!

Stayed at this hotel for 3rd times. Perfect location, walking distance to main train station & attractions. Restaurants every where, especially halal restaurants for us as muslim. Very friendly staff. Equipped with Kitchen & appliances. Love the room duplex design & it's huge!!

Inconvenient power point locations. Like many electrical power points in Italy there seem to be two standards, not one.

Free upgrade for no particular reason. Kind and friendly staff. Nice space. Secure entrance. Allowed a later check out. Room was a spacious apartment.

Good location, close to the train station. The staff is kind and quick to respond to requests. Breakfast can be chosen and was filling. Own full kitchen. This allows you to relax with dinner after visiting numerous attractions at home. A decent store is nearby.

Stiff mattress and limited pillows. Some of the outlets were a bit out of reach especially when we had to use kettle, we had trouble finding an outlet for it.

There were only 1 pillow for each person and the pillows were rather flat. The floor was also dusty. There were also mosquitoes in the room.

The location of the hotel was very good. The staff were also very friendly, attending to our requests quickly.

the only issue. The beds and pillows need to be replaced. the beds were incredibly hard and the pillows were as flat as a pancake.

Beds a bit hard. Street outside could be noisy ( people more than vehicles ) but ear plugs meant i got to sleep ok.

Beware of false support to guests. I liaised and explained we are family of 8 travelling in van. Offered to book a park in a parking business for SUVs etc. Because unable to access their carpark due council wirks on their street. On arrival no booking made. Had to park outside city and walk 2kms back to hotel. On booking.com states 25EUR if they have to clean kitchen after departure (fair enough) but what it actually means is if you want glasses, plates or bowls you have to pay 25EUR? WtF? There are actual chains and locks on the cupboards to prevent use. However, they allow you to use oven & cooktop. I complained as we have children but was very resistant and basically didn't care. Luckily one of our group is Italian and had no problem giving crockery to him? Very anti foreigner and made to feel we are money makers if not local. This is the first time during our tour of Italy where this has occurred. All other hosts and facilities were perfect.

Electrical outlets were not all of same type - many were "3-prong" where the spacing of the 2 outer prongs was greater than what my adaptor worked with. Fortunately there was 1 outlet next to the TV that I was able to use (after unplugging a lamp) to charge my computer & devices.

Breakfast was quite good. Room was spacious.

The initial room had an issue with the air conditioning. But that was dealt with by the staff immediately and effectively.

It wasn’t bad, but my room smell like it was close for too long and was dusty. As soon I got in, I started to sneeze and the AC ducts were dirty. Otherwise, I will said wasn’t anything wrong.
