Location is great.The room is spacious and modern and very well equipped. The washing machine was a great bonus for us. The host was very flexible and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable.

I like that the place was clean and very convenient for us. We travel with our dog so we needed a pet friendly hotel and it was perfect! It was just a 3 minute walk to the central station and a few minutes walk to Sassi. It was also near the restaurants, supermarket and stores. The staff were very helpful and they helped us book our tours which we very much appreciated. I recommend this hotel to those who wants to visit Matera.

Amazing place, perfect location! Breakfast right in the place in front. Elevator, useful for the bags. There was an issue with the balcony window and was immediately fixed. Candies in the table, water, mini fridge, free snacks. Very comfortable and spacious.

The apartment is located in the modern part of the city in modern building with an elevator. It has a spacious bedroom with a balcony, a nice bathroom and a new kitchen. The host was very helpful, quick on responding, speaks English. I definitely would recommend this place to my friends if they ever visit Matera, the amazing historical city that would surprise everyone.

Parking can be a problem or not depending if you want to use carage or not.

-great staff - the owner/mother doesn’t really speak English but her son is totally fluent in English and so helpful -easy to get to location just outside the old town -comfortable bed & pillows -Very quiet/good soundproofing -helpful to have an elevator- I think that’s uncommon here

The lift in the building where the B&B was based, although this is not something that can be changed by the Management of Le Vie del Centro.

The location, the room, the amenities (coffee and water were supplied regularly), the kindness of staff who were available and helpful at all times.

Good location, just 3 minutes to the city center. Very clean appartment, it was cleaned during our stay too, even snacks refilled.
