Excellent, cozy, strategically located. The room are comfortable, the breakfast is of high quality, everything is made in perfect Tuscan style and the owner and his staff are so kind and warm! A place to feel at home!

An old building that was wonderfully restored with old touches and modern conveniences. A professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Great breakfast and easy parking. We found our first room kind of dark, only window in the door. But we were able to upgrade at an additional expense to a very nice room and we were very happy. The most comfortable bed we've ever had in Europe.

Wonderful variety of food - something for everyone! Loved being able to sit outside on patio and your staff was so pleasant and so helpful esp the lady with the French bun and dark glasses and the lady in housekeeping. Will tell my friends and we hope to come back.

Everything, the great renovated building. The quality of every element used in this renovation. The landscape around. The rural feeling that embraces you. After one day in the fabulous and busy city of Firenze, this place is just the perfect quietness and peace that one needs . We would love to repeat again! We miss you already Toscana/Italy :)

There is nothing I didn't like. Room, bathroom, etc. were all very good.

The location is amazing. Breakfast is abundant and the overall atmosphere in great. My wife and I went kayaking in the lake in the natural park.

Take repellent with you. Mosquitoes are very active and annoying here (this is not the fault of the hotel).

The living room furniture in the apartment, particularly the wicker sofa, isn’t very comfortable. The pool has strict entry rules, including wearing bathing hats and having no warts, health issues, or medication use. However, it seems most people didn’t adhere to these rules, as no one was seen wearing swimming hats today.

A simple Tuscan style apartment in a complex which was a converted Tuscan villa/Farm house which for us was just a one night stopover on our way home. Had everything you need. Beds best we slept on in Italy some cool period features. Lovely location & Farmhouse 100% Tuscany vibes. Friendly helpful staff. Pool great as it was a super hot day & here in summer you definitely need a pool. There is a fantastic local Restorante il Frantoio on Via Di Scaibolino superb tell you are from the property & you get a 10% discount. A lovely tasty varied breakfast offered with Gluten Free options, just right for kicking off our journey home.

Great friendly and helpful staff, nice surroundings, wonderful poolarea, great breakfast, nice location between Lucca and Florence. Close to the citycenter of Pistoia by bicycle. We had a fanstastic stay for 3 nights.

No minibar in the room to keep food and drinks fresh. Necessary to come by either car or taxi since there is no public transport going to the location.

It would be even more amazing if pool was open longer, not just until 7pm.

Everything was perfect! The surroundings, location, staff, room and especially breakfast! I've never had so much choice for breakfast like here, from salty to sweet. Pool is also very beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

The only thing we didn't like was that there weren't a lot of storage areas.

An excellent location and establishment. Beautiful and well maintained garden and swimming pool. Combined with the politeness of the staff and that of the owner leaves the guests with the best memories. I would certainly return at the first occasion.
