I just thought there should be at least one day of proper cleaning if you are staying 7 days. Even though your are pay self catering is something nice to have. Taking the trash and washing specially the toilet. No one wants to clean toilets while on holidays. Something basic but that adds to the stay you know? A little touch

We booked an accomodation with a view and that was absolutely stunning. We had a pleasant stay there and I would definitely go back/recommend it. There is enough kitchen tools to cook the meals. The flat was clean. We have tried the BBQ restaurant linked to the hotel and pizzas were really good. Very convenient as well to have a playground near it for younger kids. A very special thanks for the staff member of BBQ who provided first aid for my son when he felt from the playground. The pools are really nice with a small area for young kids. The beach nearby is beautiful and easy walk from the hotel

The beds are hard. I say this as someone who usually doesn't have big issues with sleep. They were super hard and someone from our group had issues sleeping. Either be OK with that, or bring your own topper, as they won't have any available (we only managed to get 1 for the person who had issues, which was the only one available in the resort). There was AC just in the kitchen, which we did not expect, but luckily we did not need it. During the night it got chilly in the resort - it's more uphill, so the weather is a bit cooler up there, and we could have probably switched on the AC in the kitchen and sleep with the door open.

The view we had from our villa was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up every morning, having breakfast on the terrace with a view of the sea, and walking a few minutes to enjoy a quick swim in the pool surrounded by greenery were highlights of our trip. The detached villas are rather quiet, although you will hear noise if somebody is right outside and you will hear your roommates going to the loo. This is to be expected, nothing necessarily out of the ordinary. The rooms are rather basic but clean, the bathrooms are functional and clean as well, though the aesthetic is a bit older. The kitchen/common area is somewhat dated, but you have a fridge, an AC, a cooker and the basics to cook a few things, so it does the job. While everything could use an update, the prices will go up FOR SURE. You pay a fair price for what you get, given what the range is in the area. The restaurant on the premises does its job and has decent prices, and you can easily walk in the village (though it will be dark at night on the way) and find other places, too. Have a look at the map to understand where it is located, this is NOT a resort in the middle of the city type of place. We had a car and there was ample parking, and it was easy to get around with it, including going to the closest beach, where you have free parking from the hotel. The beach is very beautiful, btw.

Missing garbage bins for different garbage types. Bad road from Reception/Restaurant to the room at sea. Missing signs to identify correct room or correct parking slot (it is written only on the map, but no sign when you come to this place). Loud fridge in the room.

Very good location to access beach for rooms right near the sea. Modern room, kitchen was well-equiped with everything.

The place looks a bit rough (even dirty) in some places. It is a beautiful natural park that prides itself on sustainability so it is a shame to see lots of rubbish at the edges. The swimming pools were beautiful but extremely cold. The Wi-Fi very poor, so not advised if you need to be connected for work for example.

The view of Tavolara and the sea is amazing. Incredibly well connected to visit the best beaches in Costa Smeralda.

Went to one swimming pool but were told it was closed at 7pm. Understandable as it was by the restaurant. They could have advised the other pool was still open though for us to use

I was terribly disappointed with the room we got. On the basis of pictures and information on booking.com I expected and was looking forward to a spacious terrace with an open sea view. We got a room with little patio with view on water hydrant. When I complained at the reception, I was told they cannot offer me any other room. In my opinion, it is deceptive to show only pictures of the best apartment.

Facilities in the room could do with some general maintenance. We found it odd that the room was not serviced at all during a 10 night stay. Was begrudgingly offered fresh towels and sheets after 7 days once we enquired. Had to make the bed ourselves! Even for self catered apartments and villas there has always been a clean after 7 days in our experience. No kettle in room a shame.

Great location, good pools, restaurants on site a bonus. Views are lovely and Porto Taverna beach at the bottom of the road is very lovely

We didn’t have a room has no view. Might get the other rooms which are a little more expensive less time to enjoy a couple more meals from the room.

Decent sized room. Easy to make a quick meal for the family so you don’t have to always be out at restaurants. Room air conditioning worked well which was useful for a mid day pause from the heat.

Please be aware that if you are staying in an appartement with upper neighbours that it can be very noisy. You can hear every chair moving, person walking or kids playing.

It rain heavily at night and our terrace didn’t have cover, so our clothes that were hanging got wet. Toilet a little bit old and narrow.

Really nice option to stay near Porto Taverna beach and the rest of wonderful beaches of this area. Big room with small kitchen included. Beautiful pool and natural surroundings. Delicious food in their restaurants. Easy parking near the room. Private parking next to the beach for guests. Very friendly staff.

The house could be more equipped(kitchen tools, pans). It needs a bit of love, house is a bit outdated and there was a musty smell in the room for the first days. Overall, it was clean.

The view and surroundings are simply beautiful. Pools are amazing as well! Beach next to the property has a fantastic view.
