The internet was unreliable outside of the main living room.

Location was right next to Duomo and the centre of medieval town. Our apartment was warm and spacious. Eliza our host was super helpful. Everything including details like the olive soap was lovely.

Staff guided us to parking, helped carry a very heavy bad, was smiling and kind the entire time. Rather than say wifi is not good, wifi in ancient buildings is not easy and they offered it sufficient to work.

It is a lodging travelers dream about. The suite was spacious, the decor simple but fitting into the whole of the structure. Special attention was paid to the lovely soaps and shampoo. We felt welcome and respected. A return is in the future. Five stars.........

This is truly a beautiful and historic building in a perfect location in Citta di Castello. The room we stayed in was fantastic. The building itself is beautifully restored. And Elisa, who greeted us and helped us for our two-day stay was wonderful. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and local tips in general. She even guided us to the hotel parking place in town personally. Thank you, Elisa!

Wonderfully traditional apartment in the centre of Città di Castello. We appreciated the friendly welcome from the manager. The view of the countryside framed by stone walls and tiles of the residence was delightful.

We knew there would be no aircon on booking, but in the exceptional heat (40+) it was hard to keep the room cool. Fans and advice on when to open the shutters/windows helped.

instructions were a bit. vague, like how to enter after office hours was not clear but after a phone call with the manager it was sorted out. similarly on check out no instructions and no follow up so we just left as we assumed the right way to do it.

Lovely character apartment in an old building right near the centre of the town. Very comfortable rooms with a good shower and simple facilities to prepare a basic meal if you wish to although as it's only a few steps to some very nice bars and restaurants you won't need to. Just 20 metres from a cafe for breakfast but still nice and quiet. The hosts were lovely and very helpful.
