The 4th floor entrance lobby had torned and stained carpet. I felt the Sofa chairs provided in the room were little old and dusty. And the lamp shade was broken.

Good location with enough parking space. The family room was spacious and overall clean. Plenty of shelves and cabinets. The baby cot was provided. Value for money.

The accommodation is a bit worn out and could do with a bit of redecoration.

Close to the Metro station and convenient for sightseeing. The hotel is situated in a quiet, residential area. We stayed in a spacious, one bed apartment.

Great value for the money, we had a very good rest. The staff was super helpful, they allowed us to leave our bags early and did all the paper stuff ahead so when we came back from the long day we just had to pick the keys and that was it. We have found the bed comfortable, and there were a full blackout curtains in the room. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough.

The whole hotel is rather old, the rooms are not renovated, the electric wiring is old as well, it turned off time to time. The hot water was not stable, especially in the evening

Our room was right next to the railway so it was very noisy. Not only were trains passing by all day and night, but there was also a lot of drilling and construction work all night long - from 10pm to 3am, so it was hard to fall asleep next to that. The room was pretty cold because there wasn't really heating and we didn't get much sunlight and the duvets weren't particularly warm.

The hotel was close to the metro and tram stations and was well connected to other parts of the city. The staff were really friendly and nice. The beds were pretty comfortable and the room was clean.

Rooms are a little bit cold. Me and my friends were at morninga very cold and woke up from sleeping because of it. Also, they do not have thick blankets or covers for covering during the night. That wasn’t ideal for march, when the nights are cold. Also, the air machine in bathroom is very loud, which little vit disturbed sleeping. And the doors were kind of akward for closing, but at least they are very heavy for safety.

Clean and tidy rooms. The bathroom is very clean, and you get fresh towels. Rooms are big with enough space.

Sadly the noise at night was to much sleeping by the entrance and had to change room. The hotel is away from the main tourist attractions and in a residential area. (You can get a metro or tram that are close by but not ideal)

The staff are very nice there. I had a few issues with my room and every time they were very helpful and sorted out the issues with a smile. The room is also very good, a nice size and good shower.

There were no locks on the bathroom door and the bathroom smelled a little weird.

Staff were so accommodating and kind. Quick 2 min walk to the metro. Clean and spacious.

Our room was quite basic and a little 'tired', but perfect as a base and as noted, represented good value for money.

Clean, good value accommodation situated 5 minutes walk from Cenesio metro (on the line that goes to the San Siro). Plenty of places to eat within a 10 minute walk. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The smell of towels, maybe they were clean, they looked clean but they had a terrible smell which would attach to you and make you feel unclean

The staff were good and nice and would not be nosy to ask question when we would get out or in the hotel, also the location was good, train station and aldi were close

The couch from the living room was dirty,the doors,the floor,the wall in the apartment were extremely dirty.With some cleaning and some renovation it could be a nice place,it has potential. At this moment I would rate it like 5 to 6.

The toilet door was broken, so we couldn’t close it and no matter how you close the shower cabin door, the water will be everywhere. There was literally a train going just near the window every few mins which was annoying. Also it was cold during the night. The furniture looked a bit too used already. We wanted 1 double bed and in the end we were provided with 2 single beds moved together.

The location is convenient, it’s very close so metro, so it’s easy to get to the center. I’m general the room is alright if you come to the hotel just to sleep. Staff is very nice and friendly, ready to help with any question.

We were supposed to have a room with two separate beds, but when we arrived we did not have it. We had to sleep in one room one night and in another the other night.

I did find a cockroach in the morning as I was starting to pack my things up to leave, other than that, everything was nice.

Everything was nice and tidy. Very spacious.
