The shower was extremly small. My husband had a hard time to fit throught the shower door.

The breakfast was excellent. A lot of options to choose from.

Location was perfect, walkable to all main destinations Room was a very good size and represented excellent value for money. It was exactly as shown on the photo and spotlessly clean. It is on the basic side, but for a 3* hotel and the price point- it can not be faulted.

The A/C was not operational (March 20-24). Opening the windows was recommended, but it was not a good option as it didn't help much, it allowed flying bugs into the room, and the street noise was very loud at night (restaurant/bar below). Seemed odd they couldn't enable it for use on two of the nights.

Good location as most everything was within walking distance. Train station and other tour meeting spots were easy to get to. The breakfast was simple but had enough variety and was very good. The room was a good size, and the bonus for us was the two bathrooms - made getting ready quick for our group.

I picked this hotel because it was close to the train station but it also turned out to be right in the center of Florence. It took a few minutes to find it but when we did we where presently surprised. The lady who checked us in was lovely and our room was nice and clean and bright with a window looking over a courtyard. It was handy that they had a water refill station. Breakfast was nice too :)

They had an elevator that takes up to level 2, but we had to use the stairs to get to the third level. Not great when you have a lot of luggage to carry!

The breakfast was very simple but very delicious. They had the best chocolate croissants we’ve ever had, baked fresh every day in-house! Cleanliness was great, our room was cleaned everyday. The area is safe and quiet, and there is no noise at night. Overall we are very pleased with our stay and definitely plan on coming back to this hotel.

Hard to find, 2 entrances, but very small signs, looked closed from the first doorway we found! Also the view was not great just of a wall, but maybe that's why it was so quiet...

Great location, central but very quiet. Close to all the main tourist sites. Clean and comfortable room. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good, buffet style, plenty of choice.

well located and we walked around during 3 day stay exploring city. Staff very warm. excellent breakfast. On our last day, a gentleman walked to us during breakfast and spoke to us. I believe he owns the place as was there for a while speaking to the staff. Excellent stay with family and recommend with our experience.

Our stay was excellent, the accommodation was great and the breakfast was very good. Also the staff was very kind and the area of ​​the hotel was very convenient because the train station was nearby. Finally, the front desk was open 24 hours and a small issue we had with the TV in the room was resolved immediately.

The location was extremely difficult to find. We had to ask where it was and some of the locals did not know. It is hidden behind closed doors. The picture that is on the site is not representative of what you see at first. Also, once off of the elevator, you had to enter a code to get into the actual hotel, then one step down and another step up until you found your room. It was much better to enter from the rear of the building.

Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was quite pretty. There was also a sitting room that had a computer area. You could also store your luggage there after checking out. Our actual room, once we found it, was quite nice and overlooked a pretty courtyard. There was also a very nice restaurant at the back entrance to the hotel.

There is no lift to the third floor so ask for a second floor room if this is an issue. The shower is good but quite small and a larger person would not fit in it. Take insect spray as there were many mosquitoes in our room, we were told October is the season for them.

The location was the big seller for this hotel. Very easy to walk to all of the Florence highlights. Lovely breakfast, friendly staff.

There was some noise from the street at night and the shower was tiny.

Great location, walking distance to all the main sites and the train station. Good size room. The empty mini fridge in the room comes in handy. The free cold water dispenser was a nice touch that saved us a lot of money on bottled water.
