Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

When you turn on the bathroom's light in the room 104 it makes noise.

Small space for 4 persons in the room but OK. Maybe I expected more comfort because I didn`t read a lot feedback of previous customers before booking. But all is OK, not bad.
Good location, close to Termini. Nice reception. Cleaning is every day and it is really clean in the room and on the kitchen.

They don’t have numbers in their beds then they have mistakes with the bookings, could offer a better service for storage your luggage and for breakfast

Cold showering. 3 rooms sharing a one bathroom. No hand towel. The room i was staying in wasn't safe, you can easily access through the balcony without a keycard. Unprofessional staff. The photos on booking.com are old.

The shower didn't heat up and my bed was broken, so it made a lot of noise

The location was great, and staff were very helpful and welcoming. Great storage space in lockers, and the morning pastry was delicious!

Shared toilets, would prefer each room to have 1 toilet. Host not very friendly.
Free crossiant for breakfast and able to make own tea or coffee. Sadly didnt expect the toilet to be shared with another 2 rooms. Its just 1 toilet on each floor and 3 rooms sharing to 1 small toilet, with many room mates waiting to use the bathroom. My room has a total of 4 beds..If you spend a long time in the bath i suggest staying in a hostel with a toilet in the room and not shared.overall safe place to stay with many shops nearby and affordable restaurants waiting for you downstairs.

Saw a silverfish in the bathroom. Staff was rude and kept making up reasons to check on the room such as "I think someone is calling me" and then would proceed to walk into each bedroom
Bed was comfy and temperature was nice. The common area was also very nice and clean along with free food and coffee.

It looks old and "sad", probably the cheapest, smallest and most uncomfortable bunk beds I've ever slept in. I had to do the check-in/check-out in one place, then going out and changing building. There is "breakfast": awful croissant and tap-water. Bathroom only inside the room. No common area, just a bad kitchen. It's a flat badly converted to a hostel.
Close to the train station. Not the cheapest solution in Roma but one of the few you can find for (a bit) less than 40€ a night.

It was very basic. Your have to take your own towel, soap, lock, etc. Blow dryer wasn't working very well.
Great location. Comfortable bed. They offered a free croissant for breakfast.

Toilet and shower in the room. When area are a few people in rooms with different wake up time, noises from toilet and shower are quite noisy.
Place is good to stay for one night. I didn't spent there much time so can't say more

Maybe the most big issue is odour in bathroom, I'm Architect and I can say that is not a problem of cleaning. Its is a plumber problem due a lack of water syphons from showers and toilets. So, try to maintain the bathroom door closed all of the time, and leave the electric air extractor all time on to minimize the odour. That's all you can do, until the managers of this building make renovations and fix this plumber problem. Even that, it still a good place to stay nights within spill your money in expensive accommodations. Other thing to take in account is there is a city Tax that you have to pay per night. At this moment is 5 Euros per night per person. And, this have to be paid in advance when you arrive to your accommodation place. Wherever you stay, its a Tax imposed by the Rome city hall and you cannot to evade this payment and the mandatory for the Hotel to ask for them. So, try to take a deep breath and pay it.
Good things. Very close to Termini Rome train station. So, if you think to spend most of your time outside in museums and walking the city and you use the hotel only for stay nights. Definitely this is your place. Staying close to Termini is key to save time to visit the most as you can in your visit. In Other hand, Legend R.G. is a balanced place to enjoy your visit within spill lot of money in accommodation. Remember that Breakfast is included, this meaning coffee and one pastry in the morning. The staff is very collaborative, specially Mejan. Who kindly could solve all of your doubts about Rome. The Rooms size are Ok for 3 people, you have a simple bed, locker, a small Tv, towels and basic stuff for your staying. Cleaning is every day and the stuff is very respectfully if you are in when the come to make the cleaning. Don't expect greater comforts, the price is reasonable and you can take it as a place where you can spend the night, nothing more.

I wanted to contact somebody and to inform them about my late arrival, but nobody answered the phone or email. I succeed to inform them only via Booking call-center.
The bed was confortable. For breakfast was just a croissant/dolce and cofee. The location is good.

The all female room bathroom had a really strong odor. We had to keep the door closed at all times. Also, the shower did not drain well.
Excellent location, clean rooms and kitchen, good breakfast pastries and tea.

Towels could have been free but overall not bad.
