The size of the room was a little small and because we were living out of our suitcases (only one night stay), it was a little difficult moving around the room.

The location was good. the service was pretty amazing. All emails were responded to immediately. The instructions for self check in was detailed and right on point.

Poor sound isolation but not a problem to sleep when you're very tired. Room service came in every day that was nice but didn't change the feet towel on the floor, just folded it (the same one) every time that I found it kind of a weird thing to do.

The location is an excellent, comfy bed. Good value for the money in the center of Rome.

The staff at the hotel were really nice, Irma the owner made sure the stay was top-notch from start to finish, she emailed us the log in details a day before and was even available for calls/texts throughout our stay. The reception staff were also impeccable. Great customer service. Apart from that the room was clean and tidy and we love it

The location was great, almost 5 minutes walk to all locations you might want to visit, the room was a bit small but would be ideal for couples, It doesn't serve breakfast, but you can have breakfast in restaurants which are 5 minutes walk.

due to the rooms having electronic door handles, mine went flat and I was unable to exit the room however I rang the host and this was quickly resolved.

Water pressure in shower was extremely weak and very slow drainage meant showering in ankle deep water / it remained well after finishing. Not ideal. This was the only downside and hopefully something easily rectified.

Great location. Everything is a short walk away. Plenty of bars / restaurants around the apartment / Campo di' Fiore but still quiet enough area. Easy access with the Keesy (keyless) app. Apartment was clean and basic and met all all our needs. Handy outside balcony. Short walk over the river also to explore Trastevere area bars/restaurants. Tram is 2 blocks away and easy to transit to Roma Trastevere Station and then on to Fiumicino Airport.

Could have been cleaner for its price

Excellent location, right next to Trastevere. Safe and quiet neighborhood. You can walk to every major sight of Rome. Warm room with very comfortable bed and hot water. Electronic keys are easy to use.

The hotel is located on the fourth floor, I didn't see any information about this at first and it took me a while to find it.

The location is great, convenient to all attractions, and there is a bus stop not far away.

Check-in was through the App called Keesy, so we didnt see any staff. It definitely has its benefits when you get the gist of it, but I wasn't a fan of the fact, that you had to download the app just for that and it took me a bit to get the code to access the booking. After I had figured it out everything was smooth tho.

We only stayed for one night, but what I can say is, that the room was very clean and had everything you needed. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. You're walking distance to many restaurants and shops and also the station for public transport is not far away.

The location was amazing and the balcony was so cute!! Staff was super nice. Nothing fancy, but everything you need! The place was a 10/10 and I plan to stay here on my next trip to Rome.

Residence in a great location. Walking distance to so many attractions. Just by river so easy to nip over to Travestere area lots of great night life. Anita at the residence was lovely. She helped us out with places to eat and the whole staff were always just at the end of a whatsapp message if needed. Would recommend anyone needing a good value for money base in a fab location.

I would prefer 2 duvets in future

The location was perfect for discovering Rome. Especially the easy foot walk to Trastevere was a pleasure for us. The nice and quick to react service was great.We forgot something in the room.
