We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyMy bathroom could have been a little larger but seeing as all facilities are mostly retrofit I am not complaining. This property like all of Venice is old but well maintained.
The location could not be better, right at the historic Rialto Bridge, water transportation literally at the front door and the staff are outstanding. Also, many of the city walking tours start in the piazza just across the bridge.

United KingdomThe only thing I didn't particularly like was the bathroom was a wet room, not a shower cubicle. But the water drained away quickly and it didn't take that long to dry. It wouldn't put me off staying there again.
Centrally located and easy to get to from the water taxi stop. All the main attractions were within walking distance. Lots of lovely shops and numerous restaurants nearby. The room I had was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast offering was great, plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

You can’t beat the location. The staff were very helpful, so far the best customer service I have received in Italy. The breakfast was delicious. For paranormal enthusiasts, I’m pretty sure my room was haunted. Cupboard kept on opening on its own… watched it do it twice while I was on my bed, and by the window but this room was dear so made peace with my friend haha

United KingdomI experienced no downside to staying here over 3 nights, which included a weekend.
Quality of single room was better than I have experienced elsewhere on previous occasions. Good space in main bedroom area and well fitted use of bathroom. Cleaning staff were understanding and excellent. Breakfast provided good choice and staff were friendly, helpful and remembered guests as well as being efficient in a busy turnaround. Reception helpful at all times. Location excellent with easy access to main tourist areas and choice of places to eat and drink. Easy to get to quieter squares, e.g. Campo San Barto. to meet family who are residents.

United KingdomAs mentioned, the room was very hot and it wasn't to do with the heating. We opened the windows and had them open all the time we were in the room. That was the only issue we had.
The hotel is literally at the foot of the Rialto and just a few strides from the Rialto Vaporetto stop so the location is brilliant and central and the view, of course, is magnificent. We felt very lucky to be staying right on the Grand Canal and by such an iconic bridge. The staff were very efficient and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was lovely, traditional Italian with a surprisingly large bathroom. Our room did not face the Grand Canal which meant that it was nice and quiet but it was very hot which was the only slight issue we had with the stay. Breakfast was great and the waiting team friendly and delightful.
