we had a problem with one borrowed bike, its chain fell off very often, but it didn't matter, it gave us a bit of fun, another receptionist ensured the repair right away

It is only a personal taste I wish more savoury options for breakfast. We had to ask reception to turn on air-con.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect and beach is safe. Breakfast has a good selection and there are plenty of restaurants near to the hotel. We were able park at site with help of people at reception that managed to find a space.

The pillows are not the most comfy and for the colder nights, all the rooms should have a few extra blankets prepared. We missed to have glasses in the rooms. The little plastic ones are not the best for drinking.

The staff is fantastic, very kind and funny!! They are helpful and for us at least, delivered more than expected. They made our stay even better than expected. The location is amazing, right on the beach and with easy access and plenty of parking. The breakfast and the dinner were both more than enough. We got huge portions and they were delicious as well. The hotel is also very clean!

I certainly praise the location of the hotel next to the sea and the sandy beach, the availability of parking, the friendliness of the staff for all questions and the possibility of using bicycles.

Just a lively hotel with friendly staff. great breakfast. beautiful location on the beach. reasonable price to hire sunbeds etc but would have been a bonus if they were included. We ate at the hotel every night and the food, service and price were excellent. Really enjoyed our 3 night there

The room wasn't immaculately clean,there was dust/ sand in the corners,by the wall. The taxi to the airport is offered at 30€ extra compared to when you book with the same company yourself- just a note for future travellers.

Fully knowing that Italians like their breakfest sweet, I think there could be a little more focus on the salty side of things for breakfast (the scrambled eggs and hams could of better quality). The price was a little steep (even accounting for the beach), but then again it was in the regular price range in the area.

It was a nice hotel, with an oldschool/traditional feeling to it. The staff was superfriendly - and that includes all - from the manager, throught receptions to a gentleman who helped out with parking. The best feature of the hotel is that it is at the beach (you can rent an umbrella and a recliner). The food (especially the dinner) was really good, although the new way of handing out food from a buffet (due to COVID restrictions) posed some challenges. The room was old-fashioned but ultimately okay (it felt fitting for a hotel at a beach).

The owner of the hotel would argue with his staff in front of customers, which was unnecessary. This should have been private but was frequent throughout our stay. The staff looked stressed by this kind of management. The hotel is a little run down and the rooms, particularly the bathrooms need renovating.

The location is amazing and is fantastic value for money. It is clean and comfortable.

- the bed was extremely uncomfortable with 2 very hard mattresses and hard sort-of-pillows. - the walls are very thin and you can hear everything, from the other guests talking in their room, to opening the doors and walking down the hallway; it is especially noisy in the morning and makes it basically impossible to sleep after 8am without ear plugs - there were no blankets and at night it got a bit cold. We asked for a blanket and the hotel staff brought us one, but without a sheet... and it was obviously already used because it had some hairs on it.. - the bathroom was not that clean and the shower is small and a bit mouldy - at the end we felt we were a bit "scammed". We wanted to stay on the hotel beach after the check-out (10am) for a few more hours, but we were asked for 20€ for car parking + chairs. However, since it was already end of season, the public parking and the public chaise-longues were for free (literally next to the hotel)... we figured out and we didn't pay, but it left a bitter taste. - overall, would not recommend.

- the hotel is located directly on the beach - the breakfast area is really nice - a terrace with sea view. The breakfast was overall good, with lot of delicious cakes

A very nice place. Service polite and helpful. Nice view from the room and restaurant, the sea is almost outside the window. Very good location, quick access to Venice. I sincerely recommend.

extremly noisy hotel, you can hear EVERYTHING from nearby rooms. Breakfast was very basic, all guests in long line like in cheap factory bufet and missing something means taking one more waiting line..

everything else. uncomfortable bed, tiny dirty room, mouldy bathroom with broken shower, almost nonexistent parking, air conditioner that is like being coughed on by a sweaty old man, noisy noisy noisy, can hear everything going on in the entire hotel…

The room was great, but there was quite a bit of noise and traffic outside - my economy room was on ground level, overlooking the parking places. I didn't mind it a lot, for I wasn't there most of the time, plus I could keep an eye on my bike. I'm just saying this, if you plan on being in your room more, it would be worth it to rent one of the better rooms.

I had a very pleasant stay there. I chose economy room because I didn't plan on spending much time there and it was better than expected. Everything was clean and well thought-out. The room was much better equipped than expected, I really appreciated the air-con and fridge in the summer heat. The beach is amazing. The staff was friendly and cheerful even during the early-morning breakfast - it was served by them due to Covid restrictions. Parking is also a plus, I went by motorcycle and they allowed me to tuck away my bike in a covered corner free of charge.
